Ward's Cottage is a 3BR ranch that sleeps up to 6 people, overlooking the White River valley and situated on the 7-acre grounds of the White River Canoe Company. Freshly renovated, it looks like new construction and is too cute not to see. You can walk just a few steps down to meet our shuttles for canoe, kayak, and river tubing adventures. Our other VRBO house next door sleeps up to 13. This is a great venue for a large combined group, sports teams, wedding parties, family reunions, or corporate outings, etc. The house is 5 minutes from downtown Noblesville, 8 miles from Grand Park, 2 miles from Mustard Seed Gardens, and 15 minutes from the Ruoff Music Center.

Perfect Place!

We had a great time at Ward’s Cottage and it was just a short drive to Ruoff. The home is so cute and so incredibly clean, Brian & Lesa have thought of everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We travel to Noblesville yearly and are looking forward to booking again!

The Cottage

Brian and Lesa have created a comfortable, clean and organized place at the cottage! We had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The property was close to a variety of parks and recreation areas that was great for kids. Our trip was definitely more enjoyable with the great accommodations and hosts! If you’re in the area, the cottage is a must to stay at!

Short stay but great experience

The pictures do not do the cottage justice! Cottage had plenty of room. Plenty of supplies. Perfect place and only 15min drive to Grand Park. Thank Brian and Lesa!

Girls flower shopping trip

The house was perfect for. Girlfriend trip to Noblesville to attend the Peony festival. Ideal location. House neat and clean and host was excellent. A stormed rolled through and knocked out power. Host called to check on and keep us informed. Would rent again

Fantastic in every way!

Ward's Cottage was absolutely perfect for our family's stay in Noblesville last week. Brian and Lesa are super hosts and were accessible to us as needed, so friendly, and in fact made the trip even better! Highly recommend tubing or kayaking while you stay given that this home is on the property of the White River Canoe Company. We can't wait to come back in the winter and tube in the snow!

Good vibes

Perfect home base for a Ruoff concert. Clean and comfortable. The only thing you need to be aware of is the traffic for the canoe rentals. That was not an issue for us, but I could see some folks being put off by it. That said, it wasn’t an issue, and we will come back for our next concert.

Beautiful, new house up the hill from the river

This house is immaculate, and the kind, thoughtful host has thought thought of everything we might need, including chocolates! It's on the property of a canoe-trekking company company, and we enjoyed sitting on the lawn and walking down the hill to look at the river. The neighborhood is a little busy with traffic, but overall that didn't impact the quality of our stay.

Perfect Stay by the River!

The hosts of this updated and cozy house thought of absolutely everything. We stayed for 7 nights for our daughter’s softball tournament at Grand Park. It was so nice to be able to cook meals and have everything we needed including spices! Each room had plenty of towels and charging ports and everyone was very comfortable. In our downtime we were able to take a Kayaking trip and had an absolute blast! We also snuck in a concert at Ruoff music center which was only 20 minutes away. This is a great rental for anyone coming in town for their kids sporting events!
