A beautiful decorated, restful, clean, air conditioned cottage. A home away from home with everything you need including Hot Tub, a couple bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, towels and toys, free WI-FI. You will enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets and then sit under a blanket of stars. There is a golf courses within six miles , also the kiddies will enjoy the miniature golf in Caseville, ice cream shops, beautiful county park beach, and many other fun things to do,
The water has gone down and we have beach area, with sandbars you can walk .The county park 5 miles away offers a beautiful sandy beach also.
We take extra care in our cleaning process to protect our guests.

We visited this wonderful lakefront property over a holiday weekend. The drive took longer than expected but when we opened the door to this clean, cozy place we felt right at home. The night-time sky was beautiful and the property exceeded all expectations. There's no better place to be on the Point as in the hot tub under the stars hearing the sounds of the waves crash. Checking in and out was a simple process and we look forward to visiting again. Thanks, June and Paul for your hospitality!

Little Rock’s cottage was such a relaxing and beautiful stay! The property is on a beautiful lakefront with its own private beach area, and the ride to downtown Caseville is less than 10 minutes. The cottage was so cute and very clean. June & Paul were amazing hosts, made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We enjoyed our time so much on our first family trip and we will definitely be back next summer :)

Paradise in the thumb.

Like living in a fairytale…Set back enough from the road that cars don’t bother you, ice cold air, every amenity you could find in your own home, don’t bother bringing anything but yourself and your clothes. Everything else is provided. Spent our mornings on the concrete patio on the bluff overlooking the bay, with coffee in hand made from both the Keurig and the standard coffee maker. Beds were firm and we slept like logs after spending our days in the sun. The shower was amazing. So clean it was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The beach was soft sand and the fire pit was the source of lots of laughs and great memories. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here.

A little piece of HEAVEN!!!!!

We Love Love Loved our stay here!!! June and Paul are Absolutely Wonderful and really went out of there way to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable! The cabin was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need...just bring your clothes and food!! The property was Absolutely Gorgeous...all the Beautiful flowers and trees and the sandy bottom beach and hot tub really made this place Shine!!! I used to go out of the country to enjoy such Beautifulness...Not Anymore!!!! Thank you so much Paul and June we will be back!!:)

Fabulous Cozy Cottage

The cottage was a fabulous place to stay, just perfect for our family. They have everything you need, just bring food and clothes! We thoroughly enjoyed the water toys, hot tub and beach area. The town is great too, we ate out each evening. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and communicated with us easily. We would highly recommend this home. It was 100% the best way to relax!

Water Wonderland

The location couldn’t be better if you like a fresh water, sandy bottom lake. The cottage is immaculate and had everything I needed. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The home has air conditioning but I recommend windows open and grab one of the many fans provided for a nice breeze. Hosts are helpful and friendly.

Perfect lake cottage

There is so much to say about how perfect Little Rocks is. When you first pull up there is a long driveway and a cute house covered in beautiful flowers. The host June messaged me that the door would be open, and she was there to greet us as soon as we pulled in. The first floor has a lovely dining room, kitchen, laundry room, living room, sitting room, master bedroom, and the only full bathroom. The bathroom was split from the toilet section and the shower section. This was the nicest bathroom I've ever seen in my life. The shower had six shower heads and was covered in river rocks. Upstairs were two bedrooms, each having a full bed and a twin bed in them. They're also as a half bath and a little day bed. Bedrooms and the living room had an air conditioning unit. It was such a nice weekend, even in the '80s, just the windows open was enough on the first floor and we turned the air conditioner on upstairs. The house had so many things that you would need, dishes, dishwasher, stove, sand toys, bikes, grill, fire pit, hot tub. I mistakenly thought we would go out for lunch and dinner every day, but the kids never wanted to leave the house. Small bonus, the clubhouse, is next door and it has a basketball hoop, tennis courts and swings. We were able to utilize that extra space. The star of the house is the lovely backyard/beach. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the beach and the water. Beautiful water! The host is the nicest family, I can't wait to book again.

We loved our stay! The home was spotless, well stocked and comfortable. The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. Owner was very responsive if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer trip to Lake Huron

From prior to arrival to our departure the owner communicated well and quickly. The house and location was perfect. Walk out the back door and right to the sandy beach or the hot tub or both. Short drive to everything, if you feel like leaving the house. Plenty of room for two adults and two teenage boys.

Perfect everything

Our stay was exceptional! The owners next door were extremely hospitable and informative about the area. The beach area was great and swimming in the pure sand bottom water was wonderful, especially in the morning. One of those rare places that is actually better than it looks on line. AMAZING!

This is my second time at this property, and it gets better every time! Beautiful waterfront property with a sandy beach. Close to pigeon, and Caseville, with excellent restaurants and fun things to do. June and her husband were great. They kept everything in working order, including the hot tub that is right on the water. The stars are beautiful, and we all had a great time. We will be back!

Perfect and Cozy!

The property is more then we imagined! With 4 children ranging in ages from 1 to 15, everyone was happy and enjoyed themselves. The home is just that, home. Very cozy with old cabin charm. The property is very well taken care of, lots of room for outside play. We really enjoyed using the paddleboard and kayaks. Crystal clear waters right in the backyard! Thank you June for sharing your home with our family! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastice site!

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family get away! We enjoyed the hot tub, lounging in the lake with the many provided rafts, and sitting by the fire pit watching the sun set. Again, perfections. :)

Long weekend on the lake

Nice place and great location. Love the updated downstairs bedroom and bath. Hot tub was great also. Disappointed that it is advertised to sleep 6 people, but was going to get charged extra for over 4 people. June and paul are very nice people.

Great long summer weekend

So many comforts of home but what a beautiful setting. The water was great and there were sandbars once you waded out plus floats and a paddleboard. Thanks for the amenities June!
