The apartment located on the southeastern coast of Samos, to Psili Ammos beach nearby the sea. Only one minute’s walk from one of the best sandy beaches οn the island, is the perfect place to relax. View of the small Greek island Vareloudi in the foreground. This spot is an ideal destination and appropriate for unforgettable holidays with family & friends.

It is spacious (65m2), newly built, on the ground floor of the house, with open plan lounge and dining area, open plan fully-equipped kitchen leading out onto terrace, views of Psili Ammos beach.Offers all modern comforts with a large sun terrace and charming furnished with a sense of elegance to provide a comfortable stay all year round.

The bedrooms are spacious and sunny. One bedroom has a large double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds, with view the sea. An extra bed, or a baby-cot can also be provided when requested. There is ample cupboard space and many useful fittings. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units.

The kitchen is fully equipped with proper cooking devices, an oven, ceramic top, large fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. In the open plan lounge and dining area there is a flat-screen TV and a DVD Player.

The bathroom offers all modern amenities (hair-dryer, first aid kit etc.) and a washing machine with necessary laundry detergents .

There are also, mosquito nets on all of the windows and balcony doors of the apartment and an iron with an iron-board. The apartment has plenty of space parking, automatic lights at night time, table and chairs on the terrace. Also sunbeds are available and a free 'Wi-Fi' for wireless internet.

Location

Psili Ammos (Village and Beach) in Samos:If you follow the road who runs from Samos town, the capital of Samos, to Pythagorio, you will see the sign to Psili Ammos. The distance is about 9 km and it takes about 15 minutes drive to reach the beach. If you follow the road who runs from Pythagorio (airport) to Psili Ammos you will see the sign to Psili Ammos.The distance is about 10Km and takes about 20minute drive.
Psili Ammos is just one mile across the coast of Turkey. Psili Ammos means “fine sand” and it is a sandy beach and it is probably the name that makes it the most popular beach at the Samos Island. Psili Ammos is a 200 m long and cliffs protect the beach from the wind and create a nice feel of isolation. As most of the beaches are pebbled in the Island, sandy shore and the shallow calm sea makes Psili Ammos an ideal place for all ages and especially families. The beach offers sunbeds, umbrellas also there are several local tavernas and a mini market in the current area of the beach with easy access .

Psili Ammos has its own picturesque Greek Orthodox church which is built on the top of the hill and worth visiting.

West of Psili Ammos there is a shallow lagoon, which occupies the area of the old salt-pits. The importance of the site is that a big number of bird species (Flamingos, wild ducks etc) visit this wetland in November until May and it is a very important staging post for bird migration.
