The apartment 2 to 3 people located on the southeastern coast of Samos, to Psili Ammos beach nearby the sea. Only one minute walk from one of the best sandy beaches on the island, is the perfect place to relax. View of the small Greek island Vareloudi in the foreground. This spot is an ideal destination and appropriate for unforgettable holidays.
The apartment measures 45 m2 and it can accommodate 2 to 3 people. There is an open plan living room and a kitchen with a separate bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi access is provided as well as air conditioning and solar water heater.
In the living room you can find a sofa-bed of the company Greco-strom. A table for lunch with two metallic chairs.
In the bedroom there is a built double bed with a high quality mattress of the company Greco-strom (Coco-Mat type). You can find also a closet, console with flat TV and mirror.
The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, cups of tea and coffee as well as with all the necessary appliances such as fridge, micro wave, electric stove, toaster and coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a mirror and a hair dryer.
In the apartment’s furnished terrace you can find a table with special synthetic chairs so that you can enjoy your summer holidays.

The two properties are adjacent self-contained with all the facilities expected by the sophisticated traveller. They can be rented on an individual or combined basis thus sleeping 2-7 guests.

Location

Psili Ammos (Village and Beach) in Samos:If you follow the road who runs from Samos town, the capital of Samos, to Pythagorio, you will see the sign to Psili Ammos. The distance is about 9 km and it takes about 15 minutes drive to reach the beach. If you follow the road who runs from Pythagorio (airport) to Psili Ammos you will see the sign to Psili Ammos.The distance is about 10Km and takes about 20minute drive.
Psili Ammos is just one mile across the coast of Turkey. Psili Ammos means “fine sand” and it is a sandy beach and it is probably the name that makes it the most popular beach at the Samos Island. Psili Ammos is a 200 m long and cliffs protect the beach from the wind and create a nice feel of isolation. As most of the beaches are pebbled in the Island, sandy shore and the shallow calm sea makes Psili Ammos an ideal place for all ages and especially families. The beach offers sunbeds, umbrellas also there are several local tavernas and a mini market in the current area of the beach with easy access .

Psili Ammos has its own picturesque Greek Orthodox church which is built on the top of the hill and worth visiting.

West of Psili Ammos there is a shallow lagoon, which occupies the area of the old salt-pits. The importance of the site is that a big number of bird species (Flamingos, wild ducks etc) visit this wetland in November until May and it is a very important staging post for bird migration.

In Samos, Public transportation is not convenient, and taxis can become expensive, so we recommend you rent a car to explore the island. Our property has a private parking.
