The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and inviting 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in a prime location just 4 miles from famous Beale Street and 9.5 miles from Graceland. Whether you're here to explore the vibrant city of Memphis or immerse yourself in the history of Elvis Presley, this is the perfect home base for your stay.

Our family-friendly home provides everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We have thoughtfully equipped our home with a high chair and pack n play, making it easy for families with young children to feel at home. Additionally, our fully fenced-in yard is a great space for your furry friends to roam and play, as we gladly welcome up to 2 dogs. Please note there is a fee of $125 for bringing your dogs, and we kindly ask that they are crate trained, not left unattended, and that you clean up after them.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. The in-unit washer and dryer provide convenient laundry facilities during your stay, allowing you to pack light and return home with clean clothes.

The bedrooms in our home are designed for comfort and relaxation. The first two bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for a group or children, with a full over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to four guests.

Outside, we have created a haven for entertainment and relaxation. Enjoy friendly competition with your loved ones on our professionally installed bocce ball and putt putt courses. Unwind after a long day of exploring in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit with ample seating, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.

Our home is situated in a prime location, allowing you easy access to all that Memphis has to offer. Just a short 4-mile drive will take you to the vibrant and lively Beale Street, known for its blues clubs and iconic landmarks. Travel a bit further, and you'll find yourself at the famous Graceland, Elvis Presley's former residence and now a fascinating museum.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry

Absolutely no parties- Grounds for termination
if we receive a noise complaint, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be authorized
you must let us know beforehand if you plan on bringing a pet
The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
