Riverhouse Penthouse in the Heart of Vail Village!

The Willow Place Penthouse is Vail's finest vacation rental property. Centrally located on Willow Place, a short three minute walk to the Gondola One lift, the penthouse occupies the entire top floor of the Riverhouse building. Enjoy panoramic views of Vail Mountain and the Gore Range in the complete quiet and privacy of Vail's most luxurious accommodations.

Accommodations include: over 3500 sq ft of living space. The entire top floor of the Riverhouse building. Each bedroom has an en-suite marble bathroom with heated floor. The penthouse has complete laundry facilities, two decks overlooking the village, secure wireless internet access and six flat screen HDTVs. There are two fireplaces; one is wood burning and one is gas. The unit has been professionally decorated in a comfortable western style with museum quality Native American art. There is heated underground parking, free ski storage near the base of the new Village Gondola, and a private elevator entrance. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Vail Realty is our full time property manager. They provide check-in, concierge, maintenance, and can answer all of your questions. You will check-in with a live person keys not left under a mat, Secure payments are made through Vail Realty, a real estate agency licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Guest Services include discount lift tickets, car rentals, ground transportation, ski rentals, and grocery delivery. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. Stays of 6 nights or more include a free checkout clean.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Comfortable, excellent location

6 of us stayed in the property for a ski week. It is very comfortable for a large group with excellent access to the gondola base.

One of the BEST places to stay in Vail!

This residence has EVERYTHING. It is 100% one of the nicest places we have stayed in Vail. Mountain views and also on the Creek. Just steps to all of Vail Village activities.

Great Stay, Once Again!

Just completed another fantastic stay at this home. It truly is one of the nicest properties in a fantastic location. We always enjoy our family time here. Great Family Vacation

The Willow Place Penthouse is in a wonderful, quiet location on Gore Creek in the heart of Vail Village. It is spacious, very clean and well maintained. It is well equipped with all the amenities you would expect and more. Two large decks and floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular 360º views of Vail village and the mountains. It is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed in Vail. We have rented condos and have stayed in several hotels, but this unit is unbelievable. The pictures don’t do it justice.

FANTASTIC Apartment in the Middle of Vail

We have been to Vail many times this condo was perfect for us. It was close to the center of the village and about a 3-4 minute walk to the village gondola. The condo itself is very large and beautifully decorated. The 360 degree views of the mountain and the creek were great and we had the fabulous afternoon sun. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The underground parking and ski locker were very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo the owners obviously have pride in their home. You will not be disappointed.

Great space but in big need of modernizing/updating

We stayed in this unit 10 years ago on another ski trip to Vail. The overall space is terrific, but we had assumed it would have been updated to some extent since 2007. However, it was not (at least nothing major). Again, nice space and great Native American art....but....the audio visual systems are at least 10 years old - tremendously out of date, carpeting worn in bedroom, bathroom fixtures tarnished, etc. Would expect more for $20K/week (spring break).

Thank you for your recent VRBO review. We try very hard to provide a clean and well maintained home for our guests. You may have noticed that since your last visit the kitchen was completely remodeled. We replaced the electric stovetop with gas and updated all of the appliances. We have six Sony flat screen TV's. [sorry not smart TV’s] which suit our needs. Heated marble floors were added to the bathrooms within the past two years. Don’t give up on us! We hope to see you in Vail again in the coming years.

loved it!

great space for a family, particularly with teenagers who want their space. there were little nooks within the living space for everyone to "be together" yet have their privacy. loved the native American decor location was perfect- quick walk to the village and gondola views of the creek and the mountain were glorious master suite with gas fireplace was a perfect retreat for Mommy well equipped kitchen. only wish would be for access to an outside hot tub. however, the jacuzzi tub in the master bath did the trick for sore muscles after a day of hard skiing. silver lining for us but maybe a deterrence for others - wifi was not great in the den and back bedroom. fine with us because it forced our teenager to spend time with the rest.of the family in the living room.

Willow Place Penthouse

Incredible condo in Vail. More room that we could have asked for, beautifully furnished and the Native America artwork and artifacts are incredible. Perfect for families or groups. Vail Realty was very accommodating and could not have been more helpful.

Phenomenal Place to Stay

This is a great location right in the heart of Vail village. The Penthouse is in a great part of town and beautifully decorated. It has all the conveniences you could ask for. Vail is wonderful in the summer. The air is clean and it makes you want to get out to enjoy the many activities Vail has to offer. We were able to walk to everything. Good restaurants and right in the middle of town. We spent a week here with our kids and couldn't have asked for a more memorable trip. We were able to bike around the village and the children's playground near the main lift was lots of fun for the kids. The folks at the Vail Realty were very helpful with everything we needed and very responsive. Overall, we had a great trip and would love to come back!

Beautiful condo close to the lifts

We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years and this is by far the nicest. The condo itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and well maintained. The furnishings and decorating are top notch. The kitchen appliances are all the best, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The condo was perfect for a week of skiing in Vail. The property managers at Vail realty were great and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome accommodations

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. Located in the middle of town it is convenient to shops, restaurants and ski lifts but is also amazingly quiet. The views are beautiful as are the furnishings. Everything was in tiptop shape. We are already planning our next trip. Vail is the best.

Absolutely the Best

This is a great condo! It is conveniently located and immaculate. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their home. The views are wonderful. Vaulted ceilings & giant windows gave us a view of the creek and Vail mountain. We loved the real wood burning fireplace...which seems to be rare in this town! Vail realty was great! They were prompt and helpful. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed at in Vail. We will definitely return.

Fantastic Property in Vail! Best It Could Have Been.

Had an absolute fantastic family vacation, in Vail! The Willow Place Penthouse was all it was promised to be. the views of the mountains and creek were fantastic. It was right in the Village, yet quiet and exclusive. We will return again! Thanks for making this place available to us.

Great vacation spot

What a beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Vail village. It is very large and well maintained, with great views all around. You can see the Gore range, the ski mountain and listen to the creek. It is clean and beautifully decorated in a comfortable western style. There are lots of amenities and too many TV’s to count. The kitchen is well equipped, appliances top notch. Vail Realty was very responsive to our every need. We had a fantastic stay and plan to return next year. Highly recommend!

The Ultimate Mountain Getaway

Recently stayed in this wonderful condo with my family (3 adult couples), and we could not have picked a more perfect location! The photos and information in the listing were so helpful, but only paint a small picture of how great this property really is. The condo was well cared for and absolutely ready for our arrival, and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We especially loved the wonderful kitchen, which provided a great alternative to dining out for every meal. The location could not be better--easy walking distance into the heart of town, minutes to all the shops, bars and restaurants, and 2 minutes to the Vista Bahn chairlift. Thank you to the wonderful owners for making our Vail adventure so warm and easy! Stay here--you won't regret it!

Fantastic Accomodations!

Wow what a fabulous Condo. Stayed with my husband and two children and had a wonderful time! Location couldn't be better. Views of mountain and Gore Creek are spectacular. Condo is a two minute walk to the center of town and minutes from the Vista Bahn which was great with two teenagers coming and going all day. There is plenty of comfortable space for all to enjoy and the decor is amazing. The place was very charming and well kept. The owners were very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed during my stay and I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks!

Willow Place Penthouse

Ron, Great Falls, VA Date of stay March, 2010 Beautiful place to stay. The Condo is beautifully appointed Convenient to the village center and the Vista Bahn Chairlift. This condo was perfect for our group of 5 adult skiiers. Comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms. And the property managers went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and fit our schedule. We could not have made a better decision than this condo We would recommend it without hesitation. . Recommended for: Anyone who does not want to hassle with parking spaces etc. You couldn't get a nicer place any closer to the village and the ski lifts.
