Amazing Beachfront Property at a Great Price

This property is on the first floor in an awesome location with the beach at your feet in the south end of the island in. Located on a corner lot right next to ramp access to the beach. Unique, spacious, clean, comfortable 1st floor condo. Sleeps 8. Large covered porch with furnishings for outdoor relaxation wraps around two sides. Great for people watching. The beach is wide and expansive. Lifeguard stand in front of the property during the summer season. Enclosed outdoor shower and toilet in carport and an outdoor hose to wash off after a day at the beach. Two reserved parking lanes in carport for a total of four parking spaces. No need to compete for limited street parking. The property is not designed for wheel chair accessibility or use. No parties or events in or on the premises. Second floor is owner occupied.

The Southend of Ocean City is a quiet neighborhood offering church services at Our Lady of Good Counsel across the street. A one block walk to casual dining at Uncle Bill’s and take-out ice cream at Aunt Betty’s. Additional eating and shopping a short ride downtown to Asbury Avenue between 6th and 14th Streets. Also a short ride downtown is the family friendly boardwalk with food, shopping, entertainment and amusements.

And, book ahead, if possible, at The Ocean City Music Pier for enjoyable performances from a variety of entertaining and often name brand talent.

The Ocean City Free Public Library is located at 1735 Simpson Avenue. You can get a visitor’s library card.

For kids and adults alike, there is a wonderful playground at 34th Street between Asbury and West Avenues with tennis and basketball courts, children’s swings, seesaws and jungle gyms. And you might want to visit Storybook Land, 6415 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township; 18 rides, adults may join kids on most rides and lots of story book displays; serves food too.

Atlantic City is 15 miles north for additional dining choices, live entertainment, gaming and shopping at Tanger Outlets. For a day trip of fun, food, entertainment, and a zoo head south to Cape May, New Jersey, to enjoy an historic district of beautifully maintained Victorian buildings.

We had a fantastic stay at Donna’s beach house.The location was right on the beach was unbeatable, and the house was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Donna was such a thoughtful and attentive host. At one point, a motion alarm malfunctioned and chirped for a few hours. She had it taken care of very quickly and, with a great sense of humor, brought us earplugs afterwards as a joke. To top it off, she also surprised us with a delicious peach pie. Between the beautiful home, the perfect location and Donna’s warm hospitality, this was one of our best rental experience ever. Highly recommend and we’d love to return!

The location is perfect. The house is spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was seamless. Donna, the owner, is delightful. She was there when we arrived to give us a tour. She told us to call her anytime if we needed assistance. We did not, but it nice to know that she was available. The beach access is very convenient to the house. We walked straight out of the apartment and right onto the beach. The beach was beautiful. We were on the deck mornings and evenings socializing and in the nicely laid out kitchen preparing dinners every night. The large dining room table afforded us great moments around dinner. I highly recommend this jewel of a home for your stay.

Unbelievable location. Great host.

You really can’t beat the location. Being directly next to an entrance was super convenient and on the end made unloading/loading the car a breeze. We also loved being only 2 blocks away from an Uncle Bill’s (which we walked to multiple times) and even closer to a small ice cream shop! Donna lived up to the hype and was an awesome host. Accessibility-wise it wasn’t great, so I wouldn’t recommend for a wheelchair user. But if that doesn’t impact you, and especially if you have a family, it’s a phenomenal choice.

Great location with convenient beach access. Very clean unit. We enjoyed listening to the surf our entire stay. Our host was quite pleasant and assured our OC beach rental was terrific! Will be renting again.

Great Trip!

This house was perfect for what we needed. A quiet location and right on the beach for easy access. We had 3 kids under 4 staying there so close beach access was important. The house set up. Donna was a wonderful host.

Perfect stay on Ocean City Beach

The house is lovely, and location is perfect! Great place to relax and have fun on the beach and the beautiful front porch with some privacy and still close enough to the boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants to enjoy the town. Donna is the perfect host and made sure that our stay was enjoyable and wonderful. Highly recommend!

Location was prime but the host, Miss Donna made it a true pleasure.

Best Beach House We’ve Ever Stayed At!

Everything at the house was just perfect: the location, the facilities, and the landlord! We had plenty of room to spread out, snd the beach is really steps away. Great for the whole family-everyone had a wonderful time!

Perfect Beach Week

We spent the week with my kids and their spouses. The beach house is a great location. You can sit on the porch and see the beach. Short walks to Uncle Bills and Aunt Betty’s ice cream. A short ride to the boardwalk. The house was comfortable and Donna was very nice and attentive.

Wonderful, wonderful in every way!!

Perfect location, the best house layout (bedrooms, open format kitchen, wrap around porch)!! and every amenity one could wish for. Beautiful views, amazing flocks of birds in the dunes, beach just there! We saw a fox in the dunes -- loads of bunnies and squirrels! Donna, our host, is the nicest person you could ever hope to meet. Super classy and kind and fun lady! She met us when we arrived in a party hat! Super festive and fun and funny -- and so appreciated since we ended up coming in a few days late bc a big storm came through the Sat we initially planned to arrive. She was just fantastic throughout. Also gave us an absolutely delicious chocolate pie treat during our 2nd week there. Cannot recommend this home and location and Donna more warmly or highly. !!! Absolute gem.

Perfect location - Perfect getaway

Stayed the week with family, loved the visit - specifically wanted an OCNJ location away from the boardwalk, and couldn't have asked for a better stay. Very private and quiet, with the beach immediately bordering the property, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, wraparound porch with rockers was excellent for unwinding, which was the sole purpose of this visit. Uncle Bill's just a short walk for breakfast, and all OCNJ shops a quick drive away. Very spacious rental, kitchen very well appointed, washer/dryer in-house. I'll not hesitate for a return visit as soon as my schedule permits. Thanks much for a very nice stay!

OConnor Family Vacation Week

This beach front property is a great find if you have children and grandchildren joining you. It is steps from the beach. The property is clean with an open concept for everyone to relax and hangout. A wrapping porch facing the beach that allows you to enjoy the sea breeze even when you aren’t on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at 4001 Central Ave. The owner was very attentive to the property and any of our needs or questions during the course of the week. Thank you Donna for making us feel welcome in your home.

Fabulous Family Classic

Thank you, Donna for providing us the location to enjoy a memorable family vacation. The front porch rocking chairs were key to the shore breeze experience. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked with all the implements imaginable. When extended family increased our group to 15 people for Wednesday dinner, the kitchen, dining and living area configuration made it comfortably roomy. The kitchen magnet advertisements led us to enjoy delicious baked goods ( thanks for the cherry pie!) and seafood bake from Topsail. I look forward to planning our next trip to 4001 Central!

Our family had a wonderful week at the shore in this perfectly placed condo!

We chose this location so the kids, 7 and 12, could head down to the beach on their own and it was ideal. Donna was a wonderful and responsive host and we were able to enjoy all of OCNJ all week. The off street parking was especially great and we hope to come back again!

Perfect vacation!!

This condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make family dinners. We all enjoyed rocking on the large deck hearing the ocean and watching the bunnies playing in the dunes. The location couldn’t be better. Right on the beach and down the street from Uncle Bill’s Pancake House and Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream. When Donna realized it was our first time in Ocean City, she compiled a list of markets, restaurants, bakeries and shops for us. She also sent us a list of events for the week we were there. She even brought us a pie from the Farmer’s Market! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer condo or an owner who was so available to chat with or answer questions about Ocean City. My family never turned on the tv or read a newspaper while we were there because we were always so busy enjoying ourselves. Thank you Donna. Can’t wait to see you next year.

Best vacation ever!

This was the perfect property for our family to reunite after being separated 18 months due to covid. The home was just right for our five adults and two kids, aged 4 and 2. Taking all the kids stuff to the beach was a breeze! Thanks to Donna, the owner, for the wonderful Mallons sticky buns for Father's day. We could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our vacation and we hope to return!
