Beautiful Newer Construction 5 BR 3.5 bath

Gorgeous sun sets every night on the awesome deck!!!! This beautiful house is situated directly across the street from the wildlife refuge and OC bike trail. This luxury newer construction 1st floor property has 5 Bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the amenities that will make cooking a pleasure.
This spacious home will be your new home away from home. You're going to love it here with only a short 1/4 mile walk to the beach. We provide 8 Beach tags (all adults and children 12+ need beach tags June 1-Labor day), 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella’s & a beach cart to enjoy your long beach days. Haven Ave. on this part of the island is only 4 blocks to the beach.
There are 5 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own master bath.
Bedroom #2 is a junior ensuite with a queen bed and its own bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed
Bedroom #4 has 2 sets of bunk beds ( 4 twins)
Bedroom #5 -2 sets of bunkbeds ( 4 twins)

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental and are the responsibility of the guests.

We have a huge front deck with plenty of seating or there is a back deck off the master bedroom for a quite retreat. Either way you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and your wine at night in the fresh ocean air.

Beautiful place

My kids and I loved it. We were at walking distance from the beach, and the area was very quiet and clean. Do yourself a favor and choose this place. You will not regret it.

Just right for our family!

We had a great week at this property. Very clean and well maintained. Missy, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Loved the quiet porch with the wildlife area in view. The walk to the beach was very reasonable and there was even parking available on the beach block. Not as busy as downtown but still easy access to the bridges. We just booked the 2nd floor for next year!

property is sensational - impeccably furnished & equipped. 5 BRs - 3 1-/2 baths; great front porch and rear terrace; soacjous living area with dining room; flatscreen ROKU TVs in every bedroom; super location on quiet block. could not have been nicer. 5 minute walk to beach…. Host was accommodating and welcoming. A++++

Hey Siri: define phenomenal

The house was simply a stunner! We are not keen on being in the middle of the action, so being away from the boardwalk was absolutely perfect! Nice and quiet, with ample areas to walk and ride bikes! The porch was a blast and bonus especially for morning coffee and card games! Immaculately furnished inside- the property was a dream. Close to the beach so you dont have to drive and with a cart and chairs there to use, it helped with packing! One things for aure, we will be coming back!

Gorgeous home, wonderful stay

Beautiful new property with everything you could need for a beach getaway. The house was perfect for a reunion weekend with friends and all our kids. Spotlessly clean and newly built, we could not have asked for anything better. Four quick blocks to walk to a perfectly calm and quiet part of the beach. Missy, the host. was responsive and absolutely lovely to work with. When we encountered a small issue we did not know how to resolve, Missy was immediately available and came to the rescue with patience and a smile. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

A great weekend

This house is absolutely beautiful!! It was extremely clean & kitchen was stocked with anything you may need. This was our first time booking with vrbo & the Host communicated quickly & with details.. they made everything so easy! Great location, short nice walk to the beach, loved that the beach passes were included & they even had chairs, beach umbrellas, & a beach cart to use. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Overall beautiful, clean & convenient place to stay! We hope to be back! :)

A lovely house, but not on the Gold Coast

This lovely new build is facing the marshland and bike path on the bay side of the island. Under no circumstances is the bay side of Ocean City the “Gold Coast,” so we were a little disappointed with the quarter mile walk to the beach. The condition of the house and the quality of the amenities, however, were immaculate and generous. If proximity to the beach is not a priority, this house would be an ideal selection in 2024, when the construction next door is completed.

Wonderful week

We had an absolutely wonderful stay this week! It was 2 of us with 4 kids and then 4 more grown ups joined us for the second half of the week and we had plenty of room. This is a beautiful house with comfortable furniture and everything is new and very clean. The location is great. It’s about 5 minutes to walk to the beach with a wagon and small kids (I have 4 ages 11 and under) and the beach itself was perfect with lots of sand space and some good waves for boogie boarding. The front porch is dreamy with cushy furniture and overlooks the nature preserve. There is a great space right off the garage and inside the side entrance - it is a great drop zone when coming back from the beach. My only thought would be to add some extra hooks/towel racks in this area for hanging things to dry when coming back. Part of our group walked to the boardwalk (about a 15-20min walk) and the rest of us drove up and found street parking a few times. Either way, it’s accessible, doable and easy! This is probably our favorite vrbo experience so far. Highly, highly recommend! Missy was a great host, quick to communicate and very accommodating. You’ll have a great time!

Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Gold Coast. It's a beautiful home, nicely appointed, and clean! It is situated on a quiet street that runs along the wildlife refuge with a paved biking/walking path right out the front door. Our family enjoyed spending time on the large front porch with lots of cozy seating enjoying the scenery and birds. It's about 8 minute walk to get to the beach. They provide 8 beach tags, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. It was great to save packing space! They have an outdoor shower as well. For those traveling with children: - The master king suite is the only room that comfortably fits a pack and play. If you're traveling as a family that will need multiple pack and plays this will not be a good place for you. - You may want one baby gate to contain your child in the open layout of the kitchen and living room. - They provide kids plates, bowls and silverware. - There is a nice gated playground ~2 blocks away. The kitchen is well equipped. I would note if you are cooking for a large group you might want to bring a larger skillet. They also do not have a blender if that is important to you. Missy is very responsive to any questions. We'd definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful beach house

Our group of 3 couples really enjoyed this beautiful, brand new, first floor home! The garage is large enough to park a vehicle plus bicycles if you bring them. The kitchen is gorgeous and easy to work in. We loved that the coffee maker allowed for a full pot and K cup usage. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Bathrooms are bright and beautiful. We enjoyed most of our time on the front porch hanging out in the oversized furniture while watching the gorgeous sunsets. Several neighbors walked by and were all very friendly. The weather wasn't warm enough for the beach but the garage had several chairs and other beach items available. We had no issues but management did a wonderful job communicating prior to arrival and I have no doubt they would have been there had we needed them.

All-around perfect stay!!

This home is exactly as pictured and described on the site, if not better! The house was pristine clean and modernly updated throughout. The space was super comfortable for 3 families ages 11+. The location was remote which made it nice and quiet, and an easy bike ride or drive to anywhere you need to go. The beach is a short walk away, even the kids didn’t complain! We loved spending time on the large front porch with comfortable seating for all of us. Outdoor shower was a plus. Large open-space living, kitchen and dining area, and comfortable beds. It was very convenient to have beach chairs and umbrellas included with the house, as we were packed to the core and unable to bring extras. Missy was quick to respond to questions and we had NO issues! Would definitely book again!

Vacation Oasis

We had the most amazing vacation in this house! The house was comfortable for a large group--we were a group of 12 and had plenty of room for the adults and child activities. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Favorites would be its wonderful front porch, well stocked kitchen, and relaxing vibe. It was a perfect vacation oasis!

Better Than The Listing

We loved our stay at this property. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. You can tell they invested in the furniture and that makes a huge difference to me with rentals. The location is perfect and the walk to the beach was easy making it perfect with little kids as we would return multiple times during the day for naps, food, etc. The host was helpful when needed. We will be back to this property. Can’t speak highly enough about the experience.
