Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The condo is beautiful and location is great. Unfortunately, the grill never worked while we were there- and couldn't get anyone to fix it- so that messed up a few of our grill out plans. While there was a misunderstanding about the nights we reserved, the manager was very gracious and resolved the issue completely! Definitely recommend!

Visit was great. The condo and property were very clean. The kids enjoyed the amenities. Host was very responsive. The kitchen could have used a few more appliances, blender, crockpot, etc. Overall, we had a great trip and would certainly rent this unit again.

Great getaway with hubs!

Great home! It was quiet, clean & everything worked perfectly! The hot tub is in bathroom but it was nicer than most on balcony. Great stay!

Needs Major Updates

The unit was clean, but it needed quite a bit of work. The beds were very uncomfortable, the toilet seat in the main bathroom was almost falling off, and the toilet paper roll in the main suite was falling off. Also, one of the covers over the smoke detectors was not there. Very little hot water. Tried to fill the jetted tub (and no showers or dishwasher ran in over 4 hours prior) and it could not even fill the jetted tub with hot water. Then of course there was not enough hot water for any showers for a few of after that. The furniture was stained, and the coffee table is about to fall apart. The outdoor grill was nearly impossible to start but finally after 30 minutes we got it running. Also, the paperwork and keys from the previous guests were still on the counter. I would not stay in this unit again unless it was updated. Especially for the money it costs to stay there.

Furniture

Condo was disappointing. Furniture was VERY used, broken down sofa, chairs were hard to set in at table, scraped the floor every time you moved. Definitely needs to be updated for the price we paid. We normally stay at Phoenix West, and there are always good recliners, comfortable furniture, condiments in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper. Just the very basics. There was nothing in this condo when we arrived, except for a couple rows of toilet paper and paper towels. Not sure if that is cleaned out by the cleaning people or if that is just the way this condo is maintained, but we will not stay in this particular condo at this location again.

Great complex - spacious but tired condo

It is a spacious condo. However, it needs some TLC to get it back in pristine condition. The grill is on its last leg - temperature gauge is out, it has to be lit by hand, and I had to wire brush the burners to get enough rust off of them for them to work. The oven would work for awhile and then give an error message rendering it useless. Two maintenance call outs did not resolve the issue - they told us we needed to let it cool. The whirlpool tub in one of the secondary bathrooms was turned off at the electric panel and made a constant humming sound when I turned it on to investigate. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was about to fall off of the wall, There were numerous light bulbs out. It is also worth noting the bedroom with two beds have to be positioned such that the closet is not accessible. As per the title, this unit is in dire need of some maintenance.
