House was clean and well maintained!! You would never know it was dog friendly as there was no signs of hair or anything! We would definitely stay there again!!

Very nice property. We spent 4 days there as we toured the Moab area. The property is well appointed, comfortable and non a very good location. We would definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

The stay here was excellent house was nice and clean. Had everything you needed not far from town not far from the national park and View was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean very nice, the host was exceptional and answered the questions I had. Very easy to work with. I was disappointed there wasn't a garage. And although, the listening didn't say there was one , there were pictures of the entire facility with garage doors. Not a huge deal and would definitely stay there again

Great living space, well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice decor throughout the condo and nice patio setting. Was afraid that the air conditioning would not be adequate on the second floor where the bedrooms were located but it was never a problem. Super comfortable and quiet place to stay. Would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Moab vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was clean and comfortable. The views from the patio were amazing.The only shortcoming was that VRC is stingy with paper products and kitchen garbage bags, the kitchen had all bare necessities but nothing extra.Overall I would stay here again.

Garbage disposal was unique, would be helpful to have better guidance.Mostly clean, host very responsive.No cushions for back porch furniture.Kitchen well equipped.Plenty of ice cubes.Perfect accommodations for 2 couples.We had a nice stay.

Spacious, clean, conveniently located condo. We had plenty of room for us and our exchange student. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. You might throw in a couple of extra towels as there were only 4 provided for three of us, but there is a washing machine and dryer. We would definitely stay here again and you can’t beat the view.

A wonderful rental! It is convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. The host was prompt in answering questions I had and giving directions for checking in and out. Beds and living areas were comfortable and so clean!
