A completely remodeled 1BR apt. located in the Isla Verde/San Juan area. This is a waterfront apartment situated between the two most beautiful beaches of Isla Verde, 5 minutes from San Juan International Airport and 10 minutes from Old San Juan. The apartment is located within walking distance from THE RITZ CARLTON and EL SAN JUAN HOTEL. You can enjoy the sound and the view of the ocean from any room of the apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a combo microwave/convection oven. Other amenities include a Queen size bed, sleeping sofa, A/C, 40" Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, modern shower, and private balcony. In addition, the condominium has a coin operated laundry room, 24/7 direct access to the beach, outdoor shower, and picnic tables. Public transportation, rental cars, restaurants, casinos, water sports, shopping centers, SPAs, pharmacies, and supermarkets are within walking distance. This apartment is perfect for small families, honeymooners, and business travelers who want to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the Isla Verde beaches.

We do NOT offer any type of refund due to power outages, which are frequent in Puerto Rico. Power outages can last few minutes, hours, or even days. Unfortunately we do NOT have any control over restoring power. Calling us multiple times and/or contacting VRBO will not get the power back in the unit. Please be patient if a power outage occurs during your stay. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The view out the balcony is stunning,But you can't access the beach directly right in front of the building. Not a huge issue at all. You walk onw block to left and access a quieter public beach. You walk one block to the right and access another beach which is busier. Has a restaurant at the end of the block plus an restaurant right on this beach!At night or during the day you walk to any store, restaurant of your choice. There is a grocery store in walking distance. Ubers are cheap in case you have too much to walk back with.Laundry room is fine, its nice to be able to wash clothes. Bring quarters and buy or bring small laundry soap.We have enjoyed it so much, weve already booked our next trip in March!

The balcony of this condo directly faces the beach.Very safe and secure area. I have stayed in this area multiple times. And at this particular condo three times. Parking can be a little tricky. But you walk to the beach. Your views are beautiful. The kitchen has pots and pans to cook. My advice is to get the spices you like to use while at the store as those are very limited. Also coffee. That is such a very small issue compared to the big benefit of this condo and all it offers. I’ll be back again. Enjoy it while I’m not there

Amazing balcony with an amazing ocean view. The building is okay, the elevator makes me nervous but the unit is on the second floor. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the apartment,how it was safe, and I hope to be able to come back. I had no issues with water or electricity. The apartment has all the amenities listed. A swimmable Beach is just around the corner because the beach right in front isn't exactly easily accessible.

I loved that they provided very specific instructions and I was able to access the condo right away. They are very quick in responding any questions. The are was safe and left my car outside and walked outside at night and felt very safe. 🚘Car rentals are walking distance. 🏝️Beach access is walking distance Downtown San Juan is near by Ubers are very inexpensive ✈️ Airport is close by less than 10 minutes Thank you 🙏 for everything me and my daughter loved it 😍 here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. If you're looking for a fancy, brand new building to stay in, this is probably not the rental for you. But we chose to stay here because it was right on the beach, and that part exceeded our expectations. There's no feeling like waking up to the view of the turquoise ocean right outside your window. We ate breakfast on the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean and walked down to the beach every day. Eraclio has beach chairs and towels too. Old San Juan was a 15-20 minute drive and El Yunque was about 30 minutes driving. That being said, the building itself is older. The elevator is definitely in need of some updating (pro tip: there is a staircase around the building - look for a white door), and because you need the key to get out as well as in, if you and your travel buddy split up, someone has to sort of get locked inside because you need the key to leave, which can bring up safety concerns. But if you okay with that, you will love this stay and being right on the beach!

Great Location with a Great View

First this was a great location. The condo was clean, comfortable with good AC, hot water, and beautiful view. There were towels but not wash cloths. They had pots and pans but need to be updated. They are in pretty bad shape if you want to do any cooking. Its a one bed condo but they have a sleeper sofa and plenty of room for four (4) adults easily. Communication with the host was great. They are quick to answer any questions. The check in and out process went very well and the photos they shared helped understand the locks for the property. TV’s had all the streaming services and the Wifi worked without any problems. The parking was the biggest issue for us. I tried for over 30 mins to find a place to park near the condo but ended up 3 blocks over. There was plenty of parking on the property but that does not come with the rental. We knew parking was not included but did not anticipate the logistical nightmare.

Awesome property! Right on the beach with others nearby. We walked to a lot- grocery, desserts, meals, and shopping. Using uber was easy if needed. Had a few issues arriving with key box and front door key. Owner communicated right away and we figured it out! I’m a runner so I loved how easy it was to leave from condo. Only downfall was the key situation. When running I had to literally lock my minor in the condo. Front door only locks from within with key. Only one key provided. Felt like a safety hazard to have her locked in Incase of fire/emergency but only other option is unlocked. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely Amazing!

I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful location. The view was the first thing we saw when we walked in, and it was amazing. It's close to everything. We didn't even need a car. I would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The ocean view from this property is outstanding. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Kitchen appliances and cookware were adequate, although we did not use the kitchen much. The gate to the beach is blocked off but there is beach access right next door to the property. I would rent this unit again simply for the beach view as it was so outstanding

A Gem Of A Place

This is the perfect place ! We had a mini vacation and it was everything more ! So close to everything and on the beach! Your just a short ride to the hustle and bustle of San Juan but you have such a quiet place to come relax and by the beach lovely lovely will come back

Great Spot

We stayed in this 2nd floor, one bed condo for 3 nights before getting on a cruise.It was a great stay and we had fantastic views of the beach and a good sized balcony off the living room. We took an Uber from the airport to the apt. Which was about 10 and it was a little confusing figuring out which building was the correct one but after about 10 min we did; The outside of the building could use some freshening up but it wasn’t terrible and the unit was in good shape.Was about a 10 min walk to “the main drag” where you will fInd stores and restaurants and other large hotels with casinos. Also about a 18-20 min walk to a large supermarket.which we would recommend.The unit was in good condition and had a full size refrigerator and plenty of cookware and all you would need to prepare food, the bed was pretty comfortable and you can hear the waves from the sea and it was quiet as far as outside noise; we slept well. You will have to walk about a half a block or 3 min to get onto the beach because although the property has a gate leading to the beach it was blocked off bc it looked like a storm had caused damage to the 2 steps that brought you to the sand; the tide came right up to the steps so we just walked around the corner and it wasn’t a big deal. There are 2 beach chairs and towels and a small cooler to use; we found shade under some trees on the pretty beach.Skip Plato’s restaurant; clipping tourists. We ate authentic PR food at Diego’s 3 times! 7 min walk away.

This is my second stay at this property and not my last. Safe location for parking and staying. Balcony with table and chairs right on the beautiful beach. Easy walking access to nearby stores and restaurants. Complete beach access. Condo also provides towels, chairs, and umbrella. Should you decide to cook in all equipment is in the kitchen provided to you. I’ll be back next year.

Quick trip

Older clean building fully renovated unit. Great view. Beach access was not available on the unit grounds but a great public beach is a block away. Very secure but a lot less f access points that need keys for every trip in and out.

A wonderful time

Our stay was great. Everything was as the listing said . We discovered the AMA # 5 bus into San Juan and # the 53 intro Dorado Besutiful busses, spotless, on time and free . We stayed for three nights and then rented a car from U-Save and toured the island. Some wonderful finds along our trip. Thank you Do you have anything in Italy?
