We are a short drive to many breathtaking public beaches and amazing biking and hiking. Sand Harbor Park Beach accepts online reservations in advance so book early so r it fills up fast. There is a free daily local TART bus #28 in town to Sand Harbor just a few blocks from our front door (no reservations needed for the bus service which starts end of June. Kings Beach and Sand Harbor are a 10 minute drive. You can bike into Sand Harbor any time - no reservations needed.

This 1400sqf spacious condo is centrally located to town , features 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully stocked updated modern kitchen, laundry room with full size washer & dryer and a covered garage space. Condo located on Southwood near Tanager (between Mays Blvd and Village).
*Fully updated kitchen with island work space & seating for 2 . The modern kitchen is fully stocked and features newer appliances.

The famous Flume Trail trailhead is nearby for hiking and mountain biking.

Beach chairs, Cooler, beach umbrellas, sand toys and beach towels, a few sleds are provided.

Walk to town for dining and activities - restaurants and cafes, Starbucks, Raley's grocery, Incline movie theater, Incline Bowl, shops, Incline recreation center (featuring full workout facility, exercise classes, indoor basketball court and large Olympic sized heated indoor pool with diving boards).
Incline Village offers a skate park, tennis, golf, pickle ball, bocce ball courts, bike park and 18 hole Frisbee golf course.

*There are two 18 hole golf courses (Championship & Mountain Golf Courses ) in Incline within 5 minutes drive of the condo . There are also 8 well maintained outdoor tennis courts and pickle ball courts with pro shop at the Incline Recreation Center. In the summer there are daily and weekly summer camps (general, golf and tennis) offered through the Incline Recreation Center. Day passes available for purchase at the rec center.

*The Living room has an extra-large sectional couch, 55 inch Smart Flat Screen TV, blue ray dvd player . Family friendly-stocked with movies, board games and art supplies.

*Laundry room (full sized washer & dryer) with half bathroom is conveniently located on the main level. The amazing new 4 mile paved Eastshore Trail along the lake which is perfect for walks and bike rides with multiple beach access points for a cool, refreshing mid-trail swim, including safer and easier access to the popular Hidden Beach. The trail ends and Sand Harbor National park where you can gain access to the beautiful Sand Harbor Beach for $3 per person .

* There is no central air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan on the main level and in the master bedroom. Master bedroom has a window a/c portable unit (works great!). We provide standing fans in every room. All windows have blinds/drapes and screens.

* The heat is excellent and works fast.

*Great Layout. Living space, kitchen bathroom and laundry on the main level with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second level. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with private master bathroom , the second guest bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and a twin and the third guest bedroom has a Full bed.

*The second full bathroom is upstairs and features both a full sized tub and shower. The master bathroom has a shower.
*A garage space is included

* NO PETS ALLOWED

*Features a shared backyard : There is a lovely shared greenbelt behind the condo perfect for tossing a frisbee, running around and snow play in the winter.

*The Hyatt Hotel & Casino is a 3 minute drive. Reno is approx. 30 minute drive.

Note: There is NO public access to the 2 private beaches (Incline and Burnt Cedar on Lakeshore Drive) in Incline-these are private. ** An Access pass to the private incline beaches ‘may’ be available with a 7 +night rental for $165. Sand Harbor now accepts reservations which is highly recommended.
