Hello, we are offering our non-smoking charming 3 bedroom cottage apartment available in beautiful Old Orchard Beach, ME:)

The location can't be beat...exactly in between the Pier and quaint Ocean Park, just off West Grand.

A 3 minute walk straight down Seacliff Avenue gets you to the sand. We are located on a family/pet friendly street, and we know all of our surrounding neighbors.

What this rental has to offer:

**Ask about our 2 Bedroom Unit **Listing # 3775022 on VRBO if we are booked out**on the same property (with privacy fence separating yards).
-We also book the entire property as a 5 bedroom rental for family reunions.
-Close to Amtrak station **Note -Amtrak train depot is walkable if arriving by train. The train goes directly through the town of OOB and alerts each intersection that it is coming, so if you are very sensitive to train noise, you may want to rent in Saco or in Ocean Park. So far we have not had any renters complain about the whistle:)
-15 min walk to the Amusement Park & Pier
-24 hr Laundromat just steps away
-Convenience stores just steps away
We are located just off of West Grand, about halfway from the Pier to Ocean Park.

Family vacation

Had a great time! House is perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of space and very clean and comfortable. Nice ahort walk to the beach and ao helpful that chairs and a beach cart are available.

Great area.

It was a perfect location. Close to the beach, store, pier and restaurants. The neighbors were awesome. They all welcomed us and gave us recommendations on places to go. The house was comfortable. Good beds, big table, comfortable couch and chair and great outdoor area.

Host was very responsive and easy to work with, the location with access to beach and a short walk to where all the shops and restaurants was fantastic. Our family really appreciated the beach wagon, umbrellas, and boogie boards. House was stalked with everything we needed for 2 adults, 3 children, and a dog. Convenient for those with a dog. The only thing that could have been better is the king size bed in the front room could be more comfortable and the AC unit smelled in that room when turned on so we just used the ceiling fan at night instead.

Great little place near the beach

This two family house was nice. We had the larger unit in the front. The beach was wonderful, clean, lifeguard on duty, 3-4 minute walk to the sand. The house sits equally between Ocean Park and Old Orchard Beach Pier. We walked every morning, spent our days on the beach and went somewhere each night. We cooked at the house several nights and the kitchen was fine. There was plenty of AC in the house so we were comfortable in the 95° weather. Plenty of places to sleep. The wi-fi was inconsistent. It cut out most of the time. We had to keep getting onto the wi-fi. I also wish there could be more parking. Our kids had to pay to park since only 2 cars were allowed. They were coming/going depending on work and school schedules. There is definitely space for 5 cars but each unit is only allowed 2. We had one issue with trash that was no one's fault, and Shawn came over within the hour to fix it. He also provided brand new beach chairs for us to use! He was very responsive and I would rent a property from him again. He was quite lovely.

Can't wait to rent here again!

This beautiful cottage was perfect for our family: me, my husband, our grown son and his girlfriend, my mom and her beloved Goldendoodle all fit comfortably. The gorgeous front deck was our favorite place to sit. Inside, the large table fit all of us comfortably for meals and for game night during the one rain spell we had. The only thing we missed was a screen door on the front entrance; we liked the door open for air and light, but were careful to keep insects at bay! The walk to the beach was easy and quick (we did it multiple times each day, every day!). We can't wait to return next year!

Another great vacation in OOB

This is our 2nd time staying at Shawn & Karin's cute cottage in OOB. They have made some very nice updates since we stayed last time - the place is clean, nicely decorated, and well taken care of. The cottage has everything you could possibly need while you are on vacation and is only minutes from the beach. The fire pit area is a nice plus and we enjoyed quite a few nights sitting around the fire. Great that it's dog friendly too - our dog Pepper had a great vacation as well!!!

August 2021 Stay

The property was perfectly described on the listing. The house is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and the pier. The property was clean and well stocked. Providing towels and linens makes packing so much easier! The owners are great! And we are so happy that this is a dog friendly property. Our puggle had a great time! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place that is within walking distance of one of the best beaches and want to bring your pooch along! Can't wait to return!!!

Not private.

This is a small rental with two, not three parking spots. The yard is small and there is a screen, not a fence, that separates you from the neighbors. Although it looks like a quiet street, adjacent to the property is a field where the neighbor's dogs poop, and you are basically sitting in the driveway. The bathroom window overlooks the neighbors yard and barbecue. Sitting on the deck you are face to face with the neighbors. You have zero privacy. We left early.

Fun in the Sun!

It was a wonderful stay in this property. So close to the beach, and in a peaceful part of OOB. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a supply of all sorts of beach toys etc. We really loved the place.

Location was wonderful

Location was perfect. Train does take some getting used to. Side yard is wonderful for after the beach and relaxing with a fire at night. Kitchen could use a pantry but there is a portable island to put food. You can see the ocean from the front porch.

Amazing stay

This home was the perfect stay for our 1 week family vacation. We appreciated the entire process from booking, the vacation and all communication with owner. The home is located so close to the beach and we were able to spend every day enjoying the ocean! I read a lot of reviews about the train, although I didnt have concerns about the train, it was close to the home however after the first day you didnt even realize it was there. I would highly recommend this home

Perfect for families

Perfect for families! This retreat was super convenient to the beach. I’d say a 2 min walk away. Everything that you could possibly need and more was at the home- from beach wagon - extra towels. What a great place and look forward to going again next year! Thank you!

Such a perfect house for us!

This house was so close to the beach. It was only a 3 minute walk, which was great for our kids. Our favorite was the fire pit and small yard on a quiet street. I also really liked how everything was here, even the sheets on the bed, all towels, beach chairs, and beach wagon. It was a bit small for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. But the beds were super comfortable. The fans and air conditioning helped on the couple hot days. Thanks so much. We will hopefully return next year. We just love the beach here the best.

Fantastic location

What a great spot. A quiet street just 3 blocks from the beach, the house was identical to the pictures. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the front deck and cozy side yard. It was too hot for the firepit but we used the grill a few times. The big bonus was all of the beach equipment - towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc. A really great place to stay.

Just right for us!

The property was clean and just as described online! The beds were comfortable, and the outside space was wonderful! The beach cart was a nice touch. If you could leave info on where the broom is, we would have swept up! The folks in the unit behind were the nicest neighbors, too. Thanks!

Great getaway!

After looking forward to getting away to Maine for so long, it was great to finally arrive at this cute little cottage. It was everything the description said it was and more, and definitely exactly what we were looking for. Everything we needed to make for an amazing stay was provided plus more! The property owner was incredible, as well; kind, accommodating and so willing to help with anything leading up to the stay and during, as well. We can't wait to take another trip!

Comfortable & close to the beach

The house was comfortable & had plenty of space for our group (4 adults & 1 child). We loved the garden with the fire pit and BBQ as well as the ocean view from the front porch. This isn't luxury accomodation, but it was clean and met our needs. We especially liked that it had all the equipment we needed for a day at the beach - chairs, parasols, beach toys, boogie boards & a handy wagon to transport everything. This really made a useful difference to our stay! The owner was very helpful & replied promptly to our questions. The only thing missing was a dishwasher! Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

Great Family Home

This was a clean spacious 3 bedroom cottage! Great dining table which made serving groups easy. This space was great outside as well with chairs and fire pit! Owner Shawn Tooley made sure his home was stocked with necessities and was available to field questions! I would recommend this family friendly home! With only a short walk to the beach this vacation was quite relaxing! Also, the wagon came in handy for lugging chairs and a cooler 😀

There is a 2 bedroom unit on the same property, and I sometimes stay there all summer. I do book certain weeks out as well, so feel free to inquire. I chose to buy in Old Orchard Beach due to the expansive 7 miles of sandy beach, which is hard to come by in Maine. Also, I love to fish the prime waters off the coast of Old Orchard.

The area is superb for family vacationers. We are in close proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, the OOB Park, Ocean Park (more restaurants as well as a quaint town), OOB Pier, and the amazing beach!
