Come back home after shredding powder at the nearby slopes and treat yourself and your muscles to a soothing bath in the bubbly hot tub on the patio. There is nothing like a warm bath to end a thrilling evening! If you get hungry, surprise your family and friends with delicious grilled treats using the gas grill available.

This majestic townhouse features a splendid and bright open floor plan on the first floor, which seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace and read a favorite novel or watch a fun show or movie on the large TV with cable. Board games are provided should you feel like hosting a memorable game night with your loved ones. The living room is the ultimate gathering spot. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and treat the crew to a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances.

All four bedrooms can be found on the first floor as well. The primary suite enjoys beautiful valley views, a fireplace, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom boasts a convenient desk and a foosball table. The third bedroom features a desk as well and a cozy seating area, while the fourth bedroom has a TV. Additional perks include lockers and a washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
