Situated in Saco Me. 100 miles East from Boston, 12 miles West from Portland, on line Boston and Maine R.R. having a frontage of 1/2 mile on the finest beach in any country, affording a drive of nearly 10 miles, hard and smooth and at low water 900 ft. wide.The bathing facilities are unsurpassed: there being no undertow, children can bathe in perfect safety. Excellent property and right on the beach. Easy walk to town and restaurants and bars. Plenty of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, buggy). Kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. Highlight are the two beach facing rooms and top floor deck.

Beautiful spot right on the beach

We had a fantastic time at the Grey Goose! Having stayed in OOB many times, it was very special staying right on the beach. The morning views were incredible and the amenities included everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We loved our 2 week stay at the Grey Goose! The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The beach amenities were great! Plenty of chairs. The umbrellas were in great condition. Our kids enjoyed using the buckets and shovels to make sand castles. Lots of beach towels provided too! We also enjoyed using the corn hole set and boogie boards. We made s’mores in the fire pit and used the hot tub almost every night. In my opinion, you cannot beat this location. We walked to downtown OOB easily and also walked to the Soda Fountain in Ocean Park. You get a great view of the weekly fireworks from the upper deck too! I hope we can return again someday.

Memorial Day weekend family vacation.

Second year in a row. Home big enough to fit my wife and me, our 3 daughters and their families - a total of 11 people.Right on the beach in a residential area. Well appointed with usual appliances, grille, hot tub and washer dryer.Clean. TV and WiFi work well.Beach clean. Not crowded on this weekend (not high season).

This was the most lovely beach house for our family to enjoy and experience our first trip to Maine. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy dinners, and relax! Wonderful for a family vacation

What a wonderful house we picked for our family vacation. We booked on a whim and couldn’t be happier ! The house was so clean and enough room for all! We had adults and kids, and everyone had the BEST time! Having the beach right there was such a convenience and Nanny could watch from a distance on the upper deck ! The outside table was a great Wednesday night for a family BBQ and fire ! And the morning sunshine from the front bedrooms was such an amazing view to wake up to in such comfortable beds ! We enjoyed our corn hole nights in the garage, the beach accessories and all the extra pillows and blankets ! Thank you for such an amazing stay ! We’ll be back !!!

Great home on the beach!

This is our second year at Grey Goose and it was even better the second year. 9 of us from all ages (3 to 70 plus) had a great time - even when we had some rainy weather! Lots of things to do - many within walking distance. We cooked lobsters, made s’mores and even got to watch some fireworks at the pier! The house comfortably fit our family and everyone had a great time!

Winter Break

Beautiful and well appointed home on the ocean. Comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and relax. A cooks delight with large gas stove and well stocked kitchen. Our children and older grandchildren loved the hot tub. Responsive hosts returned questions promptly. Would highly recommend a stay in this fabulous home!

Fantastic Location for OOB Getaway

This house has a fantastic location right next to the beach, with views from the upper deck (sand dunes block the view from the hot tub, but the plus is you get privacy). Outdoor shower was a bonus. Small issues at check-in were resolved swifty, communication was great. This area has fun restaurants, and is a quick drive to Portland or Freeport. Beds and couches were comfortable, ample seating space, and we appreciated that we were able to park our car in the garage.

Memorial Weekend with family

Lovely setting. Plenty of room for 11 guests, 8 adults and 3 children ages 9, 10 and 11. The beach is amazing. Most everything worked fine. One screen door broke as did one dining room chair, but everything else in this large house worked fine. Kitchen well equipped as were outdoor facilities. We loved it so much I immediately rebooked for same weekend next year.

We had 11 of us celebrate the thanksgiving holiday. The property far exceeded our expectations. Incredibly clean, and the most breathtaking views of the ocean. Location! Location! Location!

Wow! What an amazing house.....siuated right on the ocean in Saco Bay , Old Orchard Beach , Maine! The views from the upstairs balcony /seating area were amazing. The house has everything that you need for an A-One family vacation on the ocean. All 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor with wonderful ocean views from 2 of them. Within walking distance to the pier and the main street in OOB. The owner was very helpful and communicated in a timely manner. Our family could not have been more pleased with our decision to rent this property for a few days. If we ever return to this area , the Grey Goose will be # 1 on our list !

Holidays at Grey Goose

We loved Grey Goose as our Xmas & New Year’s family getaway. From the stunning sunrises, to all amenities, to the proximity to walk on the beach, made everything about this property a wonderful place for our extended family to gather. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax or be together for family games, and sleep as well. Cooking and serving all of us was a breeze thanks to all that was available. The attention to detail in decorating, cooking& serving amenities, the bar, games, and space to work are all excellent. There even was a Christmas tree awaiting us. Communication was excellent and critical as there was a huge storm in the area that wreaked havoc for our scheduled check in. We highly recommend Grey Goose to anyone & would love to be able to enjoy the beautiful decks and beach amenities that this property has in the warmer months.

Gorgeous Grey Goose Beach House!

We had my family with us on this special vacation with ages ranging from 2 years to 80 years old and every single one of us had a magical week. That is how I'd describe the Grey Goose beach house - magical! The attention to detail in the house was wonderful and the location can't be beat. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back porch and lounging on the upper deck with views of the ocean. We were lulled to sleep by the crashing of the waves, on chilly evenings the hot tub was fabulous, we enjoyed walking just a short ways down to the Pier and amusements, and the firepit was the place we laughed and told stories. We've rented many beach houses over the years and usually move in day can be stressful - having to lug our own sheets/towels/make our own beds - imagine my complete delight when we moved in to Grey Goose and it was already all done for us! 5 stars right there! When we had questions the owners were so quick to respond and very kind. We hope to rent it again and can't thank you enough! We will treasure this week at Old Orchard and at your magical home.
