This cozy home is in the quiet and beautiful Lynnhust neighborhood. Conveniently located to many fun places. Walking distance to 3 highly rated restaurants and 1 cafe (2 blocks away). Quick access to Lake Harriet (<1mile) Minnehaha Pkwy (1 .1 mile) , MN famous bike and walking paths. The Mall of America, Minnehaha fall, MSP airport and downtown msp are all just a 12-13 minute drive away. You will be centrally-located

This home sleeps up to 8 featuring a covered sandpit for the kids in the backyard , a patio with dining set under cover, entertainment basement with (one of the two ) 65 inch smart TV, Arcade game machine, stocked kitchen and a coffee bar.
Almost every room has been freshly painted

We really enjoyed the sun room, and the kitchen is well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the wine opener. It’s a really cute house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The rooms were very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary items. It was everything we could have possibly asked for. Will be staying again if we are back in the area!

Great place for our family trip! Clean, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood. Super convenient location — about 15 minutes from downtown and 10–12 minutes from the Mall of America. Plenty of space to relax and the beds were comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Everything we needed for our family of four. Would definitely stay again!

South Minneapolis visit

In town to spend the week with family. Very comfortable stay, walking distance to restaurants, quiet neighborhood which was perfect for walking new grandchild. Excellent communication with owner.

The house is adorable and in a great location. We especially loved the attached sunroom. Communication with the owners was prompt and easy. The only drawback is that all the mattresses in the house are extremely firm.

Beautiful and Spacious

We truly enjoyed this house even though it was still cold outside. It was clean and very spacious. In warm weather the deck and back yard would be wonderful. Parking was no problem and it was close to many amenties. I would definetly recommend it and stay there again!

Great place!

Very comfortable home with great amenities in an excellent location. Communication with hosts was great. Only issue was the outdoor lights weren’t working properly, but hosts said they would fix them for the next guest. Definitely recommend!

This house had things for my toddler like a pack-n-play and children's silverware which made packing much easier. We ended up not needing a high chair, but I'm sure the hosts would have provided one if I asked since it is listed in the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and in a nice, convenient area for what we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk to a very good pizza place. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

The place was clean and met our needs. We mostly used it as a home base after our outings during the day. We had a little trouble setting up the pack-n-play initially and finding some of the linens. Host was able to assist us. Kitchen was stocked a little sparse. We struggled to prep meals for our group. Could use a few full sized cookie sheets and some more kitchen utensils.

Whimsical Cozy House

The house and its amenities were exactly as advertised. Loved the three season porch, sitting and listening to the rain. Location was very convenient to anything anyone needed. Very clean, lots to offer.

Cozy Home

We enjoyed the house and it was perfect for our weekend getaway. There was an odor in the house and the stairs going up are very steep and 3 of us fell down the stairs. Other than that it was very cozy and comfortable.

Hi Melanie, I'm so sorry to hear about your fall — I truly hope you're doing okay. This is the first time we've had an incident like this, and I’m really sorry it happened. The stairs are similar in steepness to most houses in the neighborhood (except the very new houses), and we’ve made sure having handrails along all staris, stair lighting, and full carpet coverage. That said, we’ll definitely consider if there’s anything else we can do to prevent future accidents. I’m glad to hear the rest of your stay went well. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

Great Place for Family

The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to amenities. Easy on and off the highway. A great place for our family to stay while visiting for my Mother's 90th birthday. Lots of room for everyone and well furnished. The sunroom is excellent for late afternoons. Plenty of room to be able to get privacy when needed. Fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this house.

Lynnhurst is a picturesque neighborhood located just off of Lake Harriet in southwest Minneapolis. Minnehaha Creek runs right through the residential area and attracts canoers and kayakers.
I enjoy running along Lake Harriet, no matter it's summer sunset or chill snowy morning, taking my kids to playgrounds parks (Minneapolis has one of the best park systems in the nation, and is surrounded by stunning rivers and lakes) , walking to the cafe 2 blocks away to enjoy my breakfast. My neighbors are so friends, they are so kind to us and I love my neighborhood.

Cozy and family friendly. We can sleep in upstairs while kids play in the family room. Enjoying a slow brunch in a sunny day with bunnies and chipmunks running in the garden, reading while holding a cup of hot coffee in the sun room are a few of my favorite things. My young son will definitely vote for the sand pit. He can easily spend hours there with his little construction vehicles.
