This spacious 36 sq/m fully serviced studio apartment comfortably sleeps two people; an extra single bed is available on request, for a third guest. The apartment is on the twelfth floor (Fl 12) so there is always a nice breeze, it is also fully air-conditioned. There's no kitchen but the apartment has some modern kitchen appliances, including a microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, plus a toaster & kettle. The studio apartment is very modern & spacious, you will always get a good nights sleep in the Queen Size bed or you can relax while watching the 32 Inch flat screen TV, or surf the Internet, using the free Wi-Fi. There is also a nice view from the balcony which has a table and chairs. There is plenty of storage space in the modern wardrobe; there is also a safe for your valuables. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, there's also a modern WC, and washbasin fitted into a tiled worktop. The apartment has everything that a guest could desire for a comfortable stay in Pattaya.

In the View Talay Complex there is a massive swimming pool, with a pool-side restaurant. There are also many other restaurants, including American Fried Chicken, Italian Pizza, an English Pub and Restaurant, ANTZ Thai/Inter cuisine. There are also many friendly bars, convenience stores, Thai massage shops, tour shops, in fact everything that you need! For the kids there is a children’s pool with a slide and also a separate children’s play area. Recently added to the complex is a GYM area by the swimming pool, so if you fell like a work out, and a swim, everything is conveniently located.

We offer a fully serviced apartment service. Housekeeping attend every two days. We change the towels every two days and the bed linen every four days (unless requested sooner). We offer airport transfers from 1,500 Baht and a free pick-up service from the bus-station and the train-station. We are available to assist with literally any query that our guests might have about Pattaya and Thailand. Customer satisfaction, is our top priority!

Once you leave the complex, everything that Pattaya has to offer is on your doorstep, or within a short taxi ride. The nearest beach (Dong Tan) is less than a 10 minute walk. Jomtien beach is less than a 15 minute walk. If you don't want to walk, then no problem because just outside the complex there are taxis and motorcycle taxis. Walking Street and the Central Mall are approximately 10 - 15 minutes by taxi. If you like fine dining then you are in luck, because most of Pattaya's best restaurants are within walking distance, Bruno's, Pan-Pan. Indian by Nature, Manhattan's, Linda's etc. If you want to party, then the Jomtien complex is just across the road, offering bars, shows and dining. Everything that you could need is close by!

Many of the attractions outside of the complex are within easy walking distance, Beaches, Restaurants, Bars, Thai Massage, Banks, Convenience Stores, even a Water Park. However, if you don't wish to walk, then just outside of the View Talay Complex are taxis and motorcycle taxis which will take you anywhere that you want to go for a small fee. If you prefer public transport, then it’s no problem because View Talay is on the main bus (Songtaew) routes. This is a very cheap way of getting around.
