You’ll have full access to the entire home and its amenities during your stay, including:

• Both levels of the home, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together
• The two-tier deck, ideal for morning coffee on the top level and evening s’mores around the fire pit on the lower level
• A Charbroil gas grill for easy outdoor meals
• The garage, which includes secure storage for skis, snowboards, and bikes — plus a putting green and giant Connect 4 for a little extra fun

Two owner’s closets are locked and not available to guests, but you'll have everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay.

MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

🅿️ PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

🔥 OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
