This was probably our favorite stay in Florida. The room was so comfortable( the couch was amazingly comfortable) and sitting on the balcony had a completely uninstructed view of the beach and ocean. Loved our stay here

Our stay started off well enough, the property is clean and in a good location with smooth check in. However, throughout our stay the water kept being shut off of time for extended periods of time. The first time this happened there was no management communication or warning. We came up to shower for dinner from the beach and had no access to running water. The water would not return until shortly before midnight. Other reviews seem to suggest this is not a limited incident. Our feeling is though the property is nice, it is not worth the risk on water interruption. Which can quickly change the tone of your vacation from relaxing to uncomfortable and stressful.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the water interruptions during your stay. We completely understand how disruptive it is to return from the beach expecting to shower and prepare for dinner, only to find that there is no running water. We also recognize that the lack of advance communication made the situation even more frustrating. Water interruptions can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond the property’s direct control, but we understand that this does not lessen the impact on our guests. We are continuing to monitor the situation and work with the appropriate parties to help prevent and minimize future disruptions. We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication, as keeping our guests informed is extremely important to us. We’re sorry that this issue affected your overall impression of your vacation, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the comfortable and relaxing stay you expected.

Comfortable unit , great location

The condo was very beautiful, nicely decorated with great view, comfortable beds, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Condo is on the 5th floor, several access points by stairs or elevators. Carts available to take luggage up or down

Mainsail's 5th stay

Property is nice but needs some renovations. Dryer knob broke and was laying on the dryer. I didnt notice till after I had washed some clothes. Patio door, needs a handle, leading from livingroom. Furniture was nice and comfortable. Beds & pillows were great. I would stay here again.

Mainsail 158

Great location. Condo had a great view of the ocean. Property was well kept and parking was easy. Condo had everything we needed and was clean upon arrival. The only thing that bothered me was the carpeted bedrooms that didn’t seem to be clean. Also, I’m a light sleeper and the frogs on the pond just outside the master were quite loud at night. I still recommend this place because it was in a very convenient location and the walk to the beach was short! Book 158 Mainsail today!

Awesome property. Unit needs basic maintenance but didn't ruin our stay.

Mainsail property is wonderful and we can't wait to come back. Our unit (158) needs some basic maintenance but was still very nice and we loved every minute of it. Would probably try a different unit next time we come to this property, but this was totally fine for our trip. Pros: Great view, lovely decor, comfortable furniture, clean, spacious, beach service (for 2 people) Cons: Broken kitchen drawers/cabinets not properly fixed, doors in the master bedroom/bathroom and balcony were off track or difficult to open/close. Was surprised we only got one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so had to go out and buy more. Even though it's not guaranteed, other units often have extra beach chairs, boogie boards or umbrellas in the closets, but ours did not so we had to borrow and buy some for the kids.

Great condo

Our overall stay was great! We had a few hiccups … our tvs didn’t work , had to have maintenance come and reset them and put batteries in all the remotes. Our door code had to be reset 3 times and maintenance had to replace those batteries also. The dryer knob broke …. Had maintenance again!! Beach chairs … they lost our reservation, had to redo twice!! Our last day the water was turned off for 2 hours !! 8am-10am…. Who does that?!! Could have picked a better timeframe! The only suggestions we have for improvement to the rental experience is please supply some throw blankets to snug up on the comfy chairs and sofa !! We would have loved to have had teaspoons for the morning coffee!! With all that being said , we loved the condo and had an awesome girl trip!! Would definitely rent again!!
