After spending a total of 7 years stationed in Hawaii, we wanted to honor our love for the Aloha spirit and the beauty of the islands and its people. Welcome to our Destin(y) Nei. Translation....our beautiful Destin(y). We hope that our condo will become your choice for your beach vacation for years to come.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 Bath fourth floor end unit condo features double balconies which include a view of the Gulf. Four sets of sliding glass doors allow access to both balconies. The unit recently was completely renovated to include kitchen, both bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, doors and tiled floors.

As you enter the condo, you will first notice the patio doors which lead to the first balcony and view of the tennis courts and Destin.. This room offers a large dining room table that seats six with easy flow access to kitchen. The large full size kitchen with windows overlooking the tennis courts includes granite countertops, Bosch dishwasher, brand new cabinetry, stainless steel oven/microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator. You will also find the utility closet that has your full size washer and dryer to keep up on your laundry and keep those beach towels nice and fresh. Kitchen is well stocked with tableware, cookware, silverware, and bakeware to help you feel right at home. Toaster, blender, coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker.

Well appointed living room includes a sectional sofa which seats 8+ and contains a full size sleeper sofa. In addition, there is a cushioned chair, end tables, sofa table, coffee table and large flat screen SMART TV. Cable and WiFi is included with your rental. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with flat screen SMART TV while the secondary room has two twin beds and an additional flat screen TV.

There are plenty of toys, books and beach equipment to keep the whole family happy. During the peak rental months of March through October, your rental includes a two-beach chair and umbrella set up. This service is provided by Emerald Coast Beach Service. Just pick a set up and let the attendant know your unit number and our last name.

Everything about the property was great! We stopped for a couple of days on the beautiful Myramar Beach before heading to Disney! Will definitely stay here again when in the area

Family vacation

Everything was just as the description stated. This is our 3rd year at Mainsail we love the property, itā€™s quiet and relaxing. Each year we are amazed at how quickly our week is. Our family had a great time and felt at home! The property was clean and had everything we needed including beach toys for the kids! Beach access was located on site and super convenient . Mainsail is awesome

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was great, right on the beach. The unit is on the end with a great view of the beach. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were very friendly. We enjoyed it and hope to stay here again soon.

Amazing beach property

Charming, well-kept property

Our family has been staying at Mainsail for a handful of years and this property is one of the nicer units. The condo has been nicely decorated with higher end finishes. Also, the owner is friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely book again in the future!

Great place stay- Collins Family

My family and I went to Destin the last week in July. Maryā€™s condo is beautiful. I sat on the patio each morning and had breakfast and I could see the beach. The people were very friendly there and they were lots of things to do. We would definitely stay there again. Mary even reached out to make sure we made it safely. Actually itā€™s great to work with. She is very responsive.

Miramar Mainsail Condo Rocks!

This condo was fantastic. Every detail was thought of and our stay could not have been better. Truly a diamond of a place! Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Furnishing were new and comfortable. Great Property

A wonderful condo to stay in! Well equipped for a family of five and located right on the beach. Couldnā€™t had asked for anything better. Also to note, we have stayed in many condos to where the mattress simply lacked any comfort (after all this is vacation so sleeping is important!). This is not the case with this property. This is by far one of the better mattresses we have slept on in a rental property. Finally, Mary was very effective at staying in contact with us before, during, and after our stay. Wonderful property and property owner!!

Amazing

This was our second year to stay at this condo. We loved it so much last year, we booked it again for this year. It is homey and very comfy. There are plenty of pots, pans, silverware, plates/bowls, and even a crockpot. It is well stocked with towels, blankets & the beds are all comfy. The ā€œbeach closetā€ is well stocked with sand toys, buckets, goggles, & nets. The owner is very responsive & quickly replies to any questions or concerns. This is definitely a five star place to stay!

Beautiful Condo easy elevator access

The condo was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The master bed was the most comfortable bed Iā€™ve ever slept on and so were the pillows. I wish I would have looked at the type/brand before I left. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids in the closet. Washer/Dryer worked great - we brought our own detergent. Views: there are two sliding glass doors in the living room the north view is the tennis courts, the south view is rooftops and the ocean. Mary was super great at communicating with me and the checkin/checkout instructions were very thorough. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect condo

Although I have visited Destin several times, this was my first time staying in the area. I perused tons of traveler reviews and looked at a multitude of condo/resort pictures while searching for that perfect condo. My search ended when I found #344. This condo was absolutely gorgeous in every way. The modern decor gives it a very chic yet homey feel. The beach is only a stoneā€™s throw away. The complimentary chair setup was a nice bonus. It felt great sitting on the beach while completely losing all track of time. The location is ideal as it is close to many shopping and eating establishments. Mary, the owner was excellent with communications. I appreciated her for providing clear and detailed instructions. She responded quickly whenever I contacted her during my stay. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It truly is that perfect condo!!

After living all over to include two tours in Hawaii, we knew we wanted a place on the beach that we could use as a family and share with others.
