Inside and out, every detail has been curated so that every member of the family can fully unwind—without any of the work. Whether you’re gathering under the stars around the fire pit, taking a dip in the private splash pad pool, or sipping coffee with amazing views from the upper deck, you’ll find this home is built for slowing down and savoring the magic of the Cape. Comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests (pets included!), this is a home base you’ll want to return to again and again.
THE SPACE - Private 30'x14' fenced pool with a shallow splash pad area; optional heating available for an extra charge. - Wood-burning fire pit for cozy evenings and s’mores. - Covered cabana with outdoor TV, half bathroom, and a ‘Pit Boss’ gas grill with griddle—ideal for beachside cookouts. - Ground floor air hockey table for entertainment. - Well-appointed top-floor kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and Breville Barista espresso machine. - Dining area seats 10 and includes a breakfast bar for 5, located on the top floor. - Outdoor shower for rinsing off after days in the Gulf. - Hot tub for sunset soaks and relaxing under the stars.
LAYOUT Ground Level - Bunk bedroom featuring two twin-over-queen bunk beds. - Shared hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. - Laundry area with an additional refrigerator. - Air hockey table. - Half bath in pool area.
1st Floor - Beachfront king suite with private deck access and an attached bathroom with shower. - Second beachside king suite with private deck access and an en suite bathroom with shower. - King bedroom. - Bedroom with two twin beds. - King and twin bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. - Additional laundry space.

NEIGHBORHOOD - Worth the Trip is located in the beautifully maintained, gated Seagrass neighborhood on North Cape San Blas. Seagrass offers one of the Cape’s most desirable locations, with paved streets that are perfect for biking and safe for families. Just a short walk or bike ride away, you'll find beloved local favorites like Weber’s Donuts and convenient access to shopping and dining. With stunning Gulf-front homes and easy beach access, this is a community that truly enhances your vacation experience.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - The space is 3715 square feet. - Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. - Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Beach Beauty
The home is lovely, clean, and the quality of everything in the home is top notch. The pool area is perfect and it is a very quick walk to the beach.
We had 16 people so we used every part of the home and loved it all!
It is worth noting that the kitchen, living area, and a bedroom are all on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work the entire week so we all climbed a lot of stairs!
We did call for maintenance but they were unable to fix it while we were there.
The area is nice and uncrowded.
Bring cash as many places only accept cash or there is a fee to use a card.
It is a great place with friendly people!

We do want you to know that the elevator has since been repaired. With residential elevators, there are extra safety measures in the software that require the installation company to come out with their proprietary tools to fully restore functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay.
