Each of the 5 bedrooms in this home have been beautifully designed for comfort - every bedroom in this home has a 55" smart TV. On the bottom floor, one of the game rooms also doubles as a bedroom, with a twin-over-full bunk, smart TV, and an attached full bathroom. On the main floor, the second bedroom has a queen bed. On the third floor, the third & fourth bedrooms have one king bed in each. The fifth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total).

There are three full, modern bathrooms in this home - each with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. The bathroom on the first floor is shared between the two game rooms. On the main floor, the bathroom is accessible right off of the bedroom, and also accessible from the hallway. The third bathroom on the top floor is accessible off the hallway, for all bedrooms on this floor to share.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Our home is situated within a gated community, it's a requirement for guests to fill out the Guest Registration Form. This helps ensure that the community remains secure, as the HOA needs to monitor who enters. It's a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.
