Siesta Studio is central to our white sand beaches, downtown, art & cultural.

The Siesta Studio is set up as a neighboring apartment to the main house. The studio has a comfy queen Serta Plush bed, master bath, walk in closet/dressing room with plenty of hangers, iron/ironing board, fabric steamer. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven/broiler/air fryer, small crock pot, and a salad bowl set. The Coffee Bar has a Keurig Coffee machine with complementary coffee and tea. As well Watedrop filtered water on tap with reusable water bottles & reusable on the go coffee cups. Relax Sarasota Style on our garden patio, nicely designed for great conversation while relaxing, dining and while preparing a fresh outdoor meal. Enjoy preparing a fresh meal on our guest’s outdoor kitchen style area. The outdoor George Foreman electric grill makes clean up a breeze. Outdoor dishes, cups, and utensils provided for your outdoor cooking and dining experience. Guest designated parking for one vehicle. Beach Gear for our guests! Beach chairs, beach coolers with ice packs, beach umbrella w/ sand auger, beach towels, and beach bag.

CLEAN AND CONTACTLESS ACCOMMODATIONS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN OUR NICHE! The Siesta Studio is a great option for social distancing while traveling. Private property with designated parking that is well lit for after sunset arrivals. No need to watch over your shoulder when you arrive at night as you would in a hotels large dark parking lot. While many large hotels accommodate hundreds of guests a night, we accommodate only you and your plus one! Cleanliness is the most important aspect of our hosting duties. After each guest checks out, we clean the entire studio. We then use an electric disinfecting ULV fogger to disinfect the entire studio and every surface with antimicrobial sanitizer.

BUSINESS TRAVEL is our specialty at the Siesta Studio! Located next door to Sarasota International Airport! We are under a no-fly zone and rarely hear anything but the occasional local helicopter or Cessna. As a business professional myself, I understand the needs of the business traveler!

In-House laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are available for our guests for a fee. We average a 6 hour turn around time. Any rush services must pre-approved and is a minimum of a 3 hour turn around time from service confirmation and laundry basket being available in the studio’s foyer. VACATIONING COUPLES LOVE THE SIESTA STUDIO! A safe and cozy home away from home. The studio is attached to my home with the logistics is like a neighboring apartment. With designated parking that is well light for late arrivals. Our guests love that they can come home after a long day of exploring and adventure feeling safe and relaxed. A guests patio to enjoy an evening cocktail or light meal outside. A clean cozy suite to spend time together relaxing.

Outside has great lighting for late arrivals and evenings on the patio! As well as outdoor grounds security for your safety. Our guests truly enjoy the comfort of arriving at a safe home location. Guests will park in front of the Siesta Studio Welcome sign on the designated guest parking pad to the right of the driveway. Please no parking on the driveway or in front of the garage door. Guests will enter through the white gate in front of where guests park. Through the gate you will enter upon the guest's patio. To the left of the patio is the entrance foyer door with a Siesta Studio sign. The door will have a digital keypad. You will need to enter the access code provided for your reservation. Your access code is only good from your check in time till your check out time. You will enter into a small foyer, finding a light switch inside to the right of the door for the foyer light to be turned on if needed. You will see a door #1 marked private and door #2 marked The Siesta Studio. You have arrived.... The studio entrance door will have your access code as well.

The Siesta Studio is a SMART property! The studio’s smart technology is controlled by an RF IR Universal Remote Hub and can be remotely accessed by the host via cell phone. The studio’s smart technology allows the host remote access to the window AC, locks, and appliances. The hub also monitors and records the studio’s energy usage, humidity, and temperature in the studio.

The host-controlled Broadlink hub respects and maintains the guest’s privacy, yet allows the host to be aware of and remotely address any issues as they arise. Our X Sense smoke detectors will detect cigarette smoke, and are highly sensitive to the presence of smoke.

Getting around
We recommend personal transportation. Car rentals are available nearby and at SRQ airport.
