As you explore the property, you may spot deer grazing on the hills and turkeys running along the tree line, adding to the charm of this rare gem that offers pure country living within city limits. Despite its secluded location, Ruby Ranch is equipped with all the amenities of a modern home, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Relax and unwind by the flowing creek, where you can enjoy the warmth of a crackling fire or sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch swing, listening to the harmonious songs of the birds. Inside the fully remodeled tiny cabin, you`ll find a fully functional pink kitchen with a coffee bar, a spacious living room with breathtaking views of the wilderness, and the option to play board games with your family.

The cabin also features an electric fireplace, a custom tiled shower, and a unique walnut wall table or desk for your convenience. In the master bedroom, open the large doors to enjoy a view of the barn and horses, and step outside to your private hot tub for a truly indulgent experience.

For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a pull-out sofa bed and an air mattress available upon request. Ruby Ranch is conveniently located close to the interstate, downtown Indianapolis, and the airport, allowing you to easily explore the city while still enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.

You have access to the entire house. Please do not enter any fenced off or gated areas.
We would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.

Horses: ** DO NOT FEED OUR HORSES, they are on a strict, special diet and anything outside of that can cause serious illness.
Please keep hands out of fences as they may bite.
Please do not enter any fenced pastures, gated areas, barns or outbuildings.

Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.

Smoking: please refrain from smoking anywhere inside the house. Outdoors is totally fine, we just ask you leave nothing behind :)

Noise: As neighbours surround our property, and our family lives right across the lake, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm

Groundskeeping:
We do have a groundskeeper who helps us keep our 60 acres under control with mowing, weedeating and landscaping. We do our best to do most of this work between 11 am and 3 pm. If you see someone pulling weeds, cleaning air filters, or mulching, just know we are doing our best to make your stay as beautiful as possible :)
