Private Home in Pinehurst - Super close to the resort and The Village

This newly renovated, 1,700 square foot space features an open floor plan and plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out and relax. This place is perfect for 4-6 people but can accommodate up to 11 if all beds are utilized! This is the perfect headquarters for you while you visit the area golf courses and other attractions!

Entertainment:
We have corn hole and Golden Tee! We also have playing cards, poker chips, and board games!

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + 2 Twin Beds (sleeps up to 4)
Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds (sleeps up to 2)
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (sleeps up to 2)
Living Room: 3 Fold Out Twin Chairs (sleeps up to 3)

**We have additional mattress covers for two of the living room beds**

Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen comes with all the essentials to prepare almost any meal while you are here. Kitchen equipment includes Coffee maker, knives, microwave, blender, oven, stovetop, refrigerator and most utensils needed to cook and eat! You will also find some small cooking ingredients stocked as well.

Amenities:
A washer and dryer are included in the kitchen and available for use. Detergent is also provided. We have hand soap, body wash, and shampoo stocked in each bathroom along with wash clothes, hand towels, and bath towels. There is also a steamer available to remove unwanted wrinkles from garments.

We have plenty of parking on site (for up to 6 mid-size vehicles), a back deck that features a grill and seating for 4, and another deck reserved for your evening cigar and cocktail while you look out over the adjacent lot filled with small area wildlife. You may even get lucky and wake up to a deer at your bedroom window or by the deck!
