Master bedroom features a spacious king bed, TV and a luxury private bathroom, you’ll feel like royals.
Second bedroom features two comfortable double-beds and a dedicated beautiful bathroom.
The open concept large living area with a 70 inch smart TV and cozy dining area decorated for your enjoyment and relaxation. You will feel like in a tropical paradise surrounded by palm trees.
Beautiful full kitchen with granite countertops and upscale cabinets, equipped with all necessities for you to enjoy your stay: coffee maker, toaster, full size side by side fridge, dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots, cookware, stove and dishwasher.
Balcony overlooks a picturesque group of palm trees, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of your favorite drink.
The outdoor heated saltwater pool, surrounded by lounge chairs is beautifully landscaped and nicely maintained for your enjoinment and is safe and accessible to you via a easy to use magnetic card provided to you at check-in
A well equipped fitness room is also accessible only to residents and guests using the included magnetic card.

The condo was very pleasing to the eye amd the host had all orgamized and labeled. We didnt realize it wasnt a 55 condo. so thats on us. My biggest cplaint was how hor water heater was handled. We callef when it broke It ended up 6 days without hot water(partly Management had to notify other units & finding so.eonto fix it. I was mortified when I heard management say to technician " we told them this &Ac very old & water heater could cause a fire.How could anyone rent out a condo like that? They did refund minimal .No amount would have replaced our lives Plus we had to watch water heater leak & empty it.

Perfect getaway with the family

This was our first family trip to Clearwater and we were beyond impressed with our stay. Victor provided all necessary information for an easy check in and of the complex in general. The condo was clean and very spacious. The area was perfect with a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Beautiful Condo close to everything in Clearwater

Condo was clean and spacious. Great amenities and close to beaches and spring training facilities for both Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays. The check in process was flawless. Would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Clearwater.

Clean / Organized Condo Accommodation

This property was very spacious for our family. It was exceptionally clean an organized. Had everything we needed even beach chairs and sand pails ! Excellent location and the pool area was very welcoming and the pool warm, which was nice for just jumping on in any time of day or evening.

Awesome spot! Everything you could need

Clean, family friendly, warm pool, cute decor and super comfortable king bed! We liked that the TV has lots to choose from for viewing options. Friendly and accommodating host. Drive to Clearwater is super easy! Lots of fun local places and condo felt safe. Lots of great memories made this trip! Great furniture, no squeaky doors, clean and comfortable bedding, had all basic cooking items needed to make food, which was nice. Walk in closet was bigger than expected too!

We loved it!

This condo was perfect for my family. The 4 of us had the best time while in Clearwater. It was clean, spacious and had EVERYTHING we could possibly need to enjoy our stay there. The beach stuff was also a very much appreciated extra! Close to stores and several beaches were just a short drive away. The pool was one of our favorite things to do while there. Workout room was nice but some of the cardio equipment didn't work. Property Managers were accessible, helpful and very communicative. All in all, highly recommended!

The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen large enough for more than one person. Bathrooms were updated and well appointed. We loved sitting on the patio and having coffee or sipping a glass of wine. The pool water was warm. Host answered every question and was always there for us.

Hurricane Stay

I chose the location because of the elevation. Although the buildings are in a valley with storm drains, the unit was on the 2nd floor. There was plenty of debris, but the storm drains did not clog, and significant tree limbs did not fall. Not being from the area, management provided no direction regarding emergency protocol. I moved all the exposed porch furniture inside to avoid possible wind damage, which is common sense. The property did not lose any power or communications with Helene or Milton, and there were no leaks or damage to the condo. The unit was clean and neat, as advertised. I did not use the dishwasher, but one attachment screw on the left side was not attached. As I travel a lot, I would like a better check-in process and communication for access. As far as a location to the beach, groceries, and airport, all are very good. The workout room is clean and well-dressed with equipment. I did not use the pool as I work 12-hour days, but it looked clean and well-maintained. The community is safe. You will not go wrong with this unit if you don't need to be on the beach and want a quiet retreat; you will not go wrong with this choice.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Clearwater area. The condo was clean and very nice with a beautiful pool. The people staying at the Avalon were very friendly. The location is good with clearwater beach and shopping/dining nearby. We traveled to St. Pete, John's Pass and enjoyed great dining and beautiful beaches. Our condo was great and we highly recommend it.

We fell in love with this condo the minute we opened the door! It is close to our favorite beach and very beautiful. We love the Palm trees overlooking the balcony, the pool, the amenities and we just knew our guests will enjoy this home as well! We greatly enjoyed decorating this vacation home and strived to set up it up to successfully address all practical necessities of travelers coming from near and far.

The Condo is in a quiet, beautifully landscaped area, with outstanding architecture, close to shopping and the beaches, steps from restaurants, and the amazing heated saltwater pool which our family adores. It has all one needs to relax and warm up under the Florida sun, right here :)

The open concept living area, high ceilings throughout, upscale and spacious spaces, beautifully renovated and fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms are bound to be a hit. I know you will also enjoy the amazing heated saltwater pool, or sipping your coffee (or favorite beverage) in the balcony, overlooking the beautiful Palm Trees :)
