This guest tried to get a refund for supposedly not getting the correct code. I showed her all the information was sent by VRBO messages and since she realized later that information was there, since 09/14 and her check-in day was 09/19, she did not proceed with the request for a refund. Must guest really do not take the time to read and review the information sent, On 09/20 I sent her a message with the app how she can request the refund but nothing was done. t

I would not recommend this guest. When she checked in I got this text msg: "were not happy with the place my husband brand new shoes r stained wirh mulberry. is there anyway we can get money back for tommow." I explain to her she was welcome to check out but I could not accept the reason she was providing to cancel and request a refund. She decided to stay and complain about thr grass beign too tall, I explain it has been raining every day and the lawnscaping cant be done until its not raining per the company that does the service. Anyway, she should not ise VRBO for stay, and book with hotels where she can get more one on one service.
