The house is just a 3-minute drive from downtown Knoxville and is conveniently close to all the best restaurants and shops downtown Knoxville has to offer! The house's location also makes it an ideal home base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijam’s natural center.
