This fully renovated riverfront condo is the perfect location to enjoy your New Smyrna Beach stay.
The quiet community is within walking distance to Flagler Ave and popular restaurants such as The Garlic and Norwoods. Flagler Avenue is known for fun events such as wine walks, festivals and block parties. Rent a golf cart for the week and roam the quaint streets of New Smyrna Beach for ice cream, lunch, shopping or even go for a drive on the beach. This location is ideal to soak up the scenic views of the river and spend your days kayaking, fishing or watching the dolphins swim throughout the intercoastal. This is a key location for your NSB fisherman with bait shops and a boat ramp around the corner. Come enjoy your stay in our coastal and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a fully outfitted kitchen. (Smart TVs are mounted in both bedrooms with a 65" TV in the living area.) Pets are NOT permitted. We are here to answer any questions you have about the community.

Wonderful location over looking the River, close to restaurants and the ocean. The condo is well maintained and nicely furnished.

Amazing Stay In NSB!

We had a fantastic stay in New Smyrna Beach! The property was incredibly clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The decor was stylish and cozy, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the abundance of towels, extra linens, and fully stocked kitchen with cookware and cutlery—everything we needed was right at our fingertips.The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool and clubhouse were spotless. Our kids had an absolute blast! One of our favorite spots was the patio area with rocking chairs, we spent hours relaxing there, watching boats pass through the intracoastal waterway.The location couldn't have been better—a short bike ride away to the beach and Flagler Avenue, where we enjoyed shopping, great dining, and some fun nightlife.We absolutely loved our time here and will 100% be back

Good Location in NSB

Upon check in, due to unexpected housekeeping issues & other conditions, we had to communicate many times, with the owner. She was very responsive, to try and make our almost 2 month in February & March better. They did have to come in and do some repairs due to a mold situation, while we vacated the condo. We did appreciate them trying to rectify the situation. We were disappointed that there were no windows or screens that would allow us to open up the condo, and let some fresh breezes in on many great days.The condo location does is makes it easy for traveling all around the town, and it offers a beautiful view of water way & sunsets!

Diane, thank you for posting your review. I was surprised to see the rating of 3 stars. My husband and I took care of every complaint/issue/request we received. The frequency of text messages on non urgent issues was surprising. It felt like it was impossible to please you. We take very good care of our condo because it is our second home and it is unfortunate you did not see it that way. I wish you the very best in finding a condo that meets your needs.
