Great Room: Connects the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area. Step outside seamlessly from Great room and all bedroom slider doors to the ocean facing Lanai. (Large Flat Screen TV in Living room but not pictured). AC unit.



Kitchen: Outfitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances; a professional gas range, large refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you would need to feel at home. Enjoy bar seating for 8 and the dining table with seating for 10, all with incredible ocean views through panoramic windows and double patio doors.



Lanai: Fully furnished and containing both covered and uncovered areas where guests can lounge in a different spot each day reading, watching the water or just relaxing. 5 sets of patio sliders open to the home making this the ideal indoor / outdoor experience. Enjoy your meal at the custom crafted Outdoor Dining Table overlooking turquoise waves. Additional amenities include: Weber BBQ, lounge chairs, patio furniture sets, outdoor shower and more.

Hall bath: accessible from bedroom 3 or 4 but can be closed off to either if desired; includes a walk-in shower and double sinks.



Bedroom 4: King Bed with ocean view and direct lanai access. AC unit.



Lanai bathroom: adjacent to Guest Room 4 and accessible from the lanai, features a full bathroom with a large shower and pedestal sink.



Laundry room: The only room in the house w/o an ocean view. Access to washer and dryer.



Front courtyard and Lanai: if you need quite space from everyone else, this is a nice area to enjoy. It faces the front gardens.



Garage: Not for parking. Contains your beach amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc…. Also contains the 4th bathroom to clean up after beach time.



Guest Access:

Access to the entire house, lanai, lawn area, and beach.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located adjacent to Anahola Beach and Beach Park.

The crescent-shaped bay is lovely for many activities: swimming, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, beach combing, shell gathering, long walks, and enjoyment.

Please remember that different times of the year have different currents and swells, so always watch the ocean before you go out in the water. Some days, it will be calm and glassy and relaxing, and other days are choppy and more dangerous. When in doubt, ask the lifeguard at the nearby lifeguard stand.



Other Things to Note:

Like all beachfront properties, this home is located within a Tsunami Evacuation Zone. Details of evacuation procedures are provided after booking and are also present inside the front entrance of the house.



No Smoking

No Events and/or weddings are allowed on the grass facing the beach or in the front courtyard.
