We have stayed in three other properties in the past. This property by far was the nicest, cleanest and most updated. This house was set up and decorated with a lot of love. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon.

Beach view was amazing!!! We loved being able to run fown to the beach and play with the kids. The house is perfectly situated! Enjoy the neighborhood and the fact it is away from all the crowds. Could not be more perfect for our family of 10. This is our 2nd time staying for 3 weeks and hope to repeat the trip regularly!

The stay was absolutely amazing. We've been to Kauai a dozen times and for whatever reason, Anahola had never been on the radar. Never Again! I am afraid, I cannot stay anywhere else when visiting Kauai. The house is literally all windows - ocean views everywhere. Once you step outside, you are blown away by the view of the Sleeping Giant. It's insane! The place is very spacious both inside and out. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. And everywhere you look there are enhancements:- The Garage: Beach chairs, cooler, boogieboards and 2nd fridge/freezer & W/D- Deck Seating: Lift the lid and you'll find water shoes, floaties and snorkels. - Deck Bathroom: There is a bathroom off the back deck. Come off the beach, wash your feet from fountain at the stairs and bathroom is right there (no need to go inside). - Entryway: Games galore, beach towels and every other goodie you can think ofWe spent most evenings after coming off the beach sitting outside watching and listening to the waves. We stayed 8 nights and felt like we could have stayed forever. You'll love walking the beach, swimming in the waves or just sitting and relaxing on the sand. It's very close to Kappa and a short drive to Princeville & Hanalei Bay. Don't forget to checkout Anini beach on your way. Absolute no-brainer! We'll be back.

The house is beautiful and is in a perfect location. It was everything we anticipated. The only issue we had is none of the showers had soap or shower gel. Otherwise it was really nice.

Ginger House was Just Right!

We thoroughly enjoyed this well maintained and spacious house, and its location was perfect for activities around the island. Anahola Beach is beautiful, and in early October it was never crowded. We all loved playing in the surf and on the beach. Locals were friendly, noise from beach traffic was mild, and being so close to the ocean allowed everyone to come and go as they pleased. We’d definitely like to come again!

Paradise and the Ginger House

We loved this little piece of paradise. Great beach access and close to plenty of things to do and places to eat in Kapaa. Plenty of gear for snorkeling, bogey boarding, and chilling on the beach. Great mini market right down the road with fresh tuna poke and sushi every day! The Ginger House is well equipped for the chef and the grill master! The host was very responsive and had great recommendations for everything Kauai. We will be back soon!

Ginger Beach House

Beautiful home. View amazing. Property manager great to work with. Only problem is location, right next to county park. Had cars and trucks revving engines at all hours of night going through the sand.

Amazing Views

Beautiful home with an absolutely stunning view. House has all the right amenities and is steps away from a gorgeous beach. The house is well situated between nearby activities in Hanalei or Wailua. Property owners were responsive to needs. Highly recommend.

Family trip 2023

The property was incredible and just as pictured online. There was some miscommunication with check-in but it was resolved and the property manager came to house personally to make sure we were all set. I would definitely recommend this beautiful beachfront property!

Magical, peaceful stay

We had the most fabulous stay this past week in paradise. The location was just perfect, and the home itself was absolutely beautiful. I want to make sure people know that the noise complaints on other reviews was just not an issue at all. Every once in awhile we’d hear a truck go by but never excessive or for long periods of time. Overall it was incredibly peaceful with an almost empty beach. We loved every minute of our stay.

Met all expectations

The house was amazing. It was perfect for 8 of us. Beautiful beach views and access to the beach was easy. The public road to the beach was next to the house so it got busy at times but didn’t bother us. We would go back in a second. Would definitely recommend. The property manager was also very helpful and easy to work with.

Ginger Beach House

Some of the marketing photos are no longer a true representation of the property, but the home is still beautiful. The layout is very accommodating and the house is well appointed with easy beach access. Our family stayed there for ten days in early September and we did not encounter any of the noise issues from the beach that other reviews alluded to.

Beautiful Hawaiian home

The property is beautiful on a local beach. Ryan and Mindy are very responsive. We loved watching the local surfers. Reviews State noise from motocross bikes but it was minimal and part of the local flair. The house is very well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely rent again from Ryan. Absolutely delightful home and amenities

Beautiful amazing house

This house is beautiful on the inside and outside!! There were 10 of us staying here and we loved the huge outside deck! There were plenty of comfy chairs to sit on. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to grilling supplies to glasses and utensils. Mindy was very quick to respond when we had a question and the owner Ryan made us feel very welcome and at home in his house. The views are amazing and we all loved how close the beach was!! We had a great time!!

All time FAVORITE vacation with my family

Ginger Beach House was the perfect vacation home for my family. We enjoyed the home so much we very seldom left. The beach was beautiful and not noisy at all, as previous reviews reflect. We were there over New Year's Eve, built a fire on the beach, and sat and enjoyed being together as a family. The home was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkels. We have traveled every holiday for seven years; this is our favorite home. We will be back, and thank you, Ginger Beach House, for the memories. We miss you!

Perfect Family Retreat

The Ginger Beach House is a relaxing oasis, right on the beach, ideal for families and friends who want to have a laidback vacation. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, containing everything you need, with many little extras thoughtfully left for guests, like games, puzzles, and books for all ages. Plenty of towels, outdoor seating & lounge options, and a stunning view from all angles. The location is nicely situated between Kapa’a and Princeville/Hanalei, so the drive to either place is relatively quick and easy. The owners were very approachable and accessible for any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Ginger Beach House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a low key vacation.
