This unique home is both private and quiet while still being in the center of all Mission Bay has to offer.

Located next door to the Catamaran Hotel and Spa with its gorgeous groomed beach with volleyball courts and much more...

The property is a unique 2 bedroom 1 bath plus sofa bed. One bedroom is on the main floor and the other is over the garage (via a interior stairway from the kitchen).

A full modern kitchen and a large living area with 48" flat screen TV.

Perfect for a couple, small families, or friend trips. The sand is but 30 ft away with a sandy path access to the beach through the patio.

The large courtyard is situated at the end of the cul de sac on Yarmouth Court. There is a beautiful tin roofed pergola, bar height table, seating for 8 amongst the palm trees. There are also two sun loungers, and propane barbecue. Perfect for barbecuing or lounging with a good book. (Patio is shared with the upstairs unit and we do not allow events or parties: please refer to our house rules before booking.)

An interior remodel was completed in 2023. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need.

2 Queen size beds with white 500 plus thread count sheets, down and feather duvets and pillows in all bedrooms. Along with the crystal lamps throughout (dimmer controlled) and the candle light, you can't help but completely relax and be on holiday.

We include these items so you can enjoy your stay without incurring extra costs:

Such a cute beach cottage. It had a wonderful covered patio in front. It was nicely furnished, organized and clean. I loved the location. Almost perfectly in the heart of south mission & pacific beach. You can walk to everything. The house had absolutely everything I needed. I’d stay again no problem.

Great place, great location

Perfect location for walking, biking, exploring. The property has wonderful indoor and outdoor space, very comfortable, plenty of amenities. I highly recommend this property.

This is a beautifully furnished and very comfortable space. The location can't be beat, being able to easily go between the bay and the beach. I think we were a little close to Pacific Beach for our personal taste but everything was very walkable, and we felt very comfortable in this space. Everything is very clean, fresh and modern. The bathroom is particularly nice (very spacious.) Only quibble would be the proximity to the catamaran hotel and spa next door and being right behind their HVAC system, etc. It got a little noisy earlier in the morning, but really it's a very small inconvenience. Molly was fantastic, she was very accessible and easy to communicate with. He provided us with so much detail on how to make the most of our stay. It's a delightful rental.

Lovely beach house’

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was immaculately clean (cleanest vacation home we’ve been in) and included everything we needed to cook meals. The beach items (chairs, umbrella, boards, toys, etc.) were so wonderful to have!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect location for my family to stay while we explored San Diego. It contained everything we needed - my girls loved the paddle board and the communication with Molly and Shaz was super quick-they really did go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Fantastic, adorable place in Mission Beach!

We loved this little gem! Cute, quaint, and immaculate. Great location - so fast and easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and other San Diego attractions. The perfect size for the three of us on a mother/daughter get away!

It's our favorite place to stay now.

We went back for a second stay. There's room to have friends over and sit outside on the deck and play cards and perfect location 50 steps to the bay with chairs and umbrellas and walk to great restaurants. It's perfect.

Long weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot to spend a 14th birthday! Very close to beach and Woodys. Which has the best breakfast. Great location and easy to get around. House is stylishly decorated and maintains good temperature. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We loved our stay in San Diego and would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Molly’s cottage. The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Our daughter enjoyed the small outdoor space just to kick her ball around, and there was ample space in the cottage for all of us to spread out. The location was great eating out and hitting up some local attractions with our daughter. If it’s beach time you want, you’re right between the bay and coast. Also, I appreciated that there were decent knives. I hate rentals that don’t account for the fact that we may cook! Anyway, I highly recommend the rental for your stay.

Great multi-unit location

The two units provided a perfect home for a week for our 4-adult family. The units are well maintained and stocked, and the location is very convenient for bay, beach, coffee and food. The patio was great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Mornings can be a bit loud with workers from the adjacent hotel but being early risers that didn’t bother us. Communication with Chaz and Molly was great, definitely a place to come back to!

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place

Communication was spot on. Molly responded right away. We absolutely loved the location! We walked everywhere and if we needed to go further away we just Uber or Lyft. Really no need for a car. The place itself is beautifully decorated, plenty of dishes, cups etc. It was great having beach chairs available from the garage and hopefully next time we'll use the paddle boards with warmer weather! The space heater came in handy as we had a few chilly nights. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great private spot!

Very nice property. Pictures accurate as advertised. It is at the end of Yarmouth Court with a private courtyard that we enjoyed in the morning and evening when we were'nt out and about. This place has everything; bikes, paddle boards, boogie boards, chairs and everything you would need for the beach which is only steps away from the sand. It is actually two separate units which was great for us. Everyone had their privacy! Shaz was very easy to deal with and we would definitely recommend this property and would come back!

Nice house

The house itself is nice on the inside with all the amenities to make it a home from home and a very attentive owner who was on hand if there were any queries, the yard area was untidy and left a lot to be desired , not the place to lie out and relax ,also the passage to the beach was untidy with a tarpaulin littering the way and a dodgy gate to the beach that did not have any type of lock on it not a lot of security, Attention to these few details would earn the property a few more points

Great stay in Mission Beach!

We stayed at this property to move our daughter from New York to San Diego State University. House was clean And have everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was super responsive when I had questions. Just be aware, if you have a large car, it will be difficult to park in the driveway. We rented a large vehicle to bring all of my daughters items to school. Did not realize how tight the driveway is. Also pay attention to the directions and the welcome email . The house is slightly tricky to find in the driveway is not down the same street that the house is on.. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed, right nearby restaurants, we were able to walk to get food. Great location!

Disappointing sad run down property

This property is sandwiched between the main Mission Beach and Bay side near a resort. The property is run down, in need of some TLC, and a decent clean. The security is poor due to ill fitting front door, which had huge gaps around the frame. Property has a public access thru the small patio area to the Bay side which was used by locals. Upstairs was rented for a few days, quiet couple. Positive... excellent walking area. Beach side lots of good people watching. Negative... poor selection of mid priced restaurants. Hotel restaurants good food but small portions & overpriced. Garage door broken (not quirky as per instructions). Side gate off its hinges. We did enjoy the laundry facilities and having our own kitchen.

It was a great house

The location couldn’t have been better. Semi private walking path right to mission bay next to the catamaran resort. Straight path way to Mission beach, cross one street. The beach accessories were perfect; chairs, umbrella, mats, boogie boards, shovels and buckets. One of the SUP was new, the other missing a handle and hard to carry. Walking or biking distance to everything (we wished there were more bikes!) Kitchen was well stocked, decor and furnishings were clean and well appointed. I would say to future renters to make sure your car is small because the driveway was super narrow. There is street parking but for convenience the driveway is nice just narrow! We would rent this place again and again. Washer and dryer was so helpful! Family of 4: kids 11 and 8. The house was really good and clean. It was cool that the house came with all the sand toys and boards. The TV was a good TV it had all the movies and all the things to watch everything. I give this house a 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Carter 11

I was born in England and Ivey, my husband in South Africa. We moved to The States 25 years ago and have called it home ever since,. We live in Solana Beach, have two children of 23 and 19 and two Jack Russell Terriers.
We love outdoor sports/activities adventure and travel and combine all on trips as often as possible.
We have two other vacation rental 657994 and 497367 which we completely remodeled. I love the whole process from demo through to interior decor and am hands on at every stage. I hope it shows how much thought I put into you having the perfect place to stay while visiting Mission Beach.
