This cozy cottage is a stand alone house and, unlike many other beach properties, it is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING and a parking spot big enough for an SUV.

A perfect 2-bedroom, 1 bath that is great for a family or small group of friends, or remote workers. WiFi is super fast!

The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with 540 thread count sheets, feather duvet & pillows. The second bedroom has desk and a cute trundle bed that converts into two twin beds.

Newly remodeled. The cottage was stripped to the studs in 2018 and has all new drywall, siding, and doors. The furniture and beds are new and very comfortable! The kitchen was remodeled in 2015.

After an adventurous day surfing or paddle-boarding, you can come home to your YouTubeTV & Netflix so you won't miss your favorite show or game! There is also a small table and chairs outside so you can people watch with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail-a beach staple.

A car is helpful if you want to get to the farther attractions in San Diego such as LegoLand and the Safari Park or if you have a child that needs a car seat.

Otherwise, the best way to get around is to use Uber/Lyft and Bird Scooters... Combining these services is fun and affordable!

A Crib and high chair can be delivered for a $35 fee.

Air Conditioning is located in the main living room. With the use of fans, it keeps the entire cottage cool.

Molly McCrackin grew up in San Diego and has been managing short term vacation rentals in the beach area since 2008. The company has grown over the years, but the service and attention to detail has stayed the same.
We are located in the center of Mission Beach with everything you need only a block or two away. (A large grocery store is about 1/2 mile away.)

Unlike other rentals, there is a large parking spot that comes with the house (A huge plus in the summer months when parking is at a premium). Laundry is also available onsite.
