. Premium location, Aransas Bay waterfront, (NOT ON A CANAL), 3 BR/2BA newly remodeled home on Fulton Beach Rd. Handicap accessible. Your beach getaway where you can completely relax and enjoy the ocean, the birds and fishing right out front. Guests have been very successful fishing out front. (See pictures) The PIER is NOT ours and is not accessible. (The NEW Fulton Pier is now open. The Rockport Beach Pier is also open only a few Miles down Fulton Beach Rd.) The new kitchen has all the amenities,new cabinets with 2 full sinks,seating for 10, and adjacent laundry room. Large master bedroom with attached bathroom. Handicap accessible with fabulous granite roll-in master shower.(see pics of toilet). 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with double bed on the bottom. 3rd bedroom has its own sink,small frig & coffeemaker. Granite counters in kitchen & both baths. Indoor swim spa (13x8) adjacent to master bedroom, JETS DONT WORK. Outdoor kitchen sink for cleaning the fish you are going to cook for dinner. Please throw fish guts in the sea, as we do.

Granite countertops, custom maple cabinets, (2) kitchen sinks, Huge master bedroom suite has it ALL.
(2nd) BEDROOM Suite with its own refrigerator, coffee maker and sink.
(3rd) BEDROOM has oversized bunk beds. All rooms have flat screen TV hooked to satellite TV. Internet Service too. WIFI BOOSTER INSTALLED, so wifi is now more reliable. Awesome Outdoor utility sink. One story (flat) Rockport Fulton. Great for family get togethers, fishing, bird watching and relaxing. Large flagstone patio in front for that bird watching. Small pet may be OK with Pet Deposit.
PLEASE NOTE THE HOTEL TAX IS 15% and VRBO NOW COLLECTS IT ALL.
NO HOTEL TAX ON RENTALS OVER 30 DAYS.
Any rentals over 30 days pay electric bill on anything over $100. Maximum guests of 8.

accessing this area during our stay. The location was close to what we wanted to do and see. But house was cluttered with too much personal items not necessary for a VRBO rental property.

The stay was excellent!Communication with hostess, Judy, was excellent.The view from the front lawn was awesome. The house is positioned so that the front is shaded from 1:00 pm on.The morning sun was refreshing to sit in the front yard & look out over the bay.It was great for my disabled stepfather in an electric wheelchair. Judy’s husband even went & rearranged furniture before our stay to make sure he had enough room. My mother has knee problems & walks with a cane & she got around with no problems.The double sinks in the kitchen was a very added bonus that we didn’t expect & it made it very helpful with multiple people in our group to prepare food.The barbecue grill was fantastic! My brother grilled & really liked the grill for the ability to adjust the coals at different levels to be able to adjust the temperature better & faster. The indoor swim spa was ok, my mother was able to get in & out fairly easy. Even though the room has A/C, the room was rather humid, but it wasn’t the highlight of our stay.The highlight was for my stepfather to be able to fish from across the street, which that was not successful because there were large rocks & large pieces of cement at the water’s edge that required casting rather far which he is 90 years old & can’t cast out far enough to clear the rocks & debris. We had to go to a pier, which was disappointing but he did have a fantastic time at the house. We will be staying there again if in the area.

Home on Fulton Beach Road

Fantastic weekend, home was perfect for us. The view of the waterfront was priceless along with the sunrises. Kids had a fantastic time fishing and beautiful lawn to play in. The home was stocked with everything we needed to use to cook dinner and for grill. Home owner was fantastic provided all documents/ info for accessing home. Will definitely rent from Judy again and make recommendations to friends.

Perfect Getaway!

The house was very clean and had all the things you’d need for vacation. Kinda felt like visiting your grandmas house … very comfy and cozy. We enjoyed being across the street from the water and in an area that was easy to get to town and could even have dinner delivered one night. Would totally recommend staying here!

Excellent vacation for my handicapped son.

My 19 year son uses a wheelchair. The home is a perfect place for a handicapped person. It is completely accessible. We even were able to fish across the road, outside our door and caught fish everyday! We enjoyed the school of dolphins who spent an hour cavorting in the surf in front of the home. The view of the ocean is fabulous and the location is within ten minutes of everything in town. We will be back!

Perfect getaway

We had a very relaxing stay. Judy had everything we needed in her home. It took us a day to figure out the login for the internet but once we figured out which modem was the correct one the internet access was great. The view of the ocean was amazing. Judy also approved for us two bring our two dogs so that was relief for us. We hope return and stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Marvelous!

What a wonderful experience we had! The house was just as described and MORE! Well stocked with all the creature comforts of home. We felt well taken care of by the host. The area was quiet and relaxing and watching the sun and moon come up over the water was breathtaking. Close to shopping, dining, and of course the beach. Definitely a 10/10!!!

Great setup for the family!

We were looking for a new destination for our family vacation and this house in Rockport was perfect! We enjoyed the comfortable and clean house. The bedroom arrangements were ideal for our family of 6 (4 adults + 2 kids). The kitchen is well-stocked, so it was very easy for us to prepare meals for the family. We spent many evenings rotating between the swim spa, playing board games, and enjoying the waterfront view from the front yard. Judy is an amazing host - giving us space to enjoy ourselves, but also easy reachable if needed. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Quiet and secluded space.

Huge home. Pool is just the right size for our 5 year old granddaughter. Plenty of room to move about. Enjoyed the sunrise over the bay from the front yard chairs.

Family Vacation

Loved our stay! We had two people in wheelchairs. The place was completely accessible. Everything was clean and well stocked for our visit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was my grandfathers favorite fishing and vacation place for many years. Later my parents retired here and loved the mild year round weather, great friends and small town atmosphere. We are looking forward to doing the same.

Very private setting on nearly one acre heavily wooded lot. Fenced back yard on 3 sides. Plenty of parking and room to roam. Walk out the front door and wade fish , crab or just enjoy the outdoors. Ride a bike, walk, jog or relax on outdoor furniture while sipping a cool one. One of a kind INDOOR enclosed swim/spa. This room has central heat and air conditioning. Big enough for 6 adults & 2 or 3 kiddos. Seeing is believing. It's great.
