Had the best stay at 301C! Very clean, spacious, and only a short walk to the beach. The condos were quiet, not crowded, and we got to see turtles & alligators in the water behind the property. The beds and couches were comfortable, and there were plenty of quilts/throw blankets in case we needed them.I would 100% stay here again!

The pool was very nice and so was the beach. We only had to walk across the street. Communication was excellent and the condo was clean

A great place to stay. Rooms were big enough for 6 people. Easy place to get in and out of. Beach and restaurants were within walking distance.

Condo was beautiful. Loved the balcony overlooking the water.Only complaint- the shower faucet in the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms needs to be replaced.Thanks for the excellent stay!

This was the perfect getaway for my family. The beach is easy walking distance and the pool onsite is perfect and never crowded. We enjoyed the balcony where we could relax and enjoy all of thw wildlife. The space was clean and had most everything we needed.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The windows with all the lighting was so pretty. It was clean and we had no issues whatsoever. Will definitely book again at Romar Lakes 301C! Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo with all!

The couch’s were terrible the full size bed was awful the kitchen was not stocked good not a pizza pan or a pizza cutter the dryer buzzer was loud and the back bedroom was hot on the other hand the pool was wonderful would not stay here again been booking places for 30 years and this is a no very outdated

Lagoon View at Romar Lakes

Location! Location! Quiet 3rd floor corner unit. Quiet complex. Great view of lagoon off the spacious deck. Plenty of space for family of 6. Publix and shopping nearby. Easy access to beach across street. Baths and kitchen could use a little upgrade, but overall no issues, easy check in and out. Management very organized and communication was great! Have stayed in this complex before, would stay again, and would recommend.

It is very spacious and was plenty of room for my little family. I have to brag on the back bedroom the bed was phenomenal almost like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the very large balcony and cant forget the turtles and alligator we seen. Will definitely stay again and also let all my friends and family know about it.

The team played at the Foley Sportsplex and it ended up being about a 30 minute drive to the park. The condo was great, super quiet. Loved watching the deer, gators and birds off the back porch. The outside closet is fully stocked with beach toys, floats, boogie boards so no need to buy before your trip. Even tropical storm Bertha couldn't ruin our stay. Took a windy walk on the beach and found some amazing shells. The cross walk makes crossing the busy street safe. The boardwalk is a short walk down once you cross the street. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed being on the 3rd floor and having a corner room facing the lagoon. Cozy and private. The back porch was great to have some quiet time for reflection. The walk to the beach was short. We had a great time.
