Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the master bedroom, a Full in the guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has WiFi and cable and has flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Communication was excellent. We love the complex & amenities (stayed at it last year in a different unit). Unit was nice, but beat up. Chunks of paint missing everywhere and marks on the walls. That we could live with, but it was filthy. Mold in the shower curtain, rust by the hooks. Mold in the dishwasher. Bathroom doors were dirty & had handprints on them. Some stains running down the wall. Crackers under the bedroom dresser. We had to clean the bathroom mirrors to see in them. Dishes were not clean-silverware drawer was disgusting. On Friday morning there was leakage in the master bath from the unit upstairs-assuming from the toilet because it was yellow/brown. Maintenance was quick to come check it out & figure out it was coming from upstairs and stopped the leak. But never came back to clean up what was in our tub. GROSS!!! We closed the bathroom door. So, our last 2 days 6 people had to share one shower/bathroom. Very disappointing. This has been our 8th trip to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and this is the only unit we have been disappointed with.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was my 2nd Pheonix stay but the 1st time at Pheonix X. It's right on the Florabama line which was incredibly convenient in location. The condo itself was very clean for the most part. The bathrooms could have used a little more care, but it wasn't so bad to warrant a negative review. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable and the beach balcony view in the master bedroom was a big plus! Contact with the rental company was very easy and they respond quickly. And as soon as payment was made, I received the check in details including door code. The process was painless. Will definitely stay here again! My whole family loved it.

Week vacation with family

Overall unit was good. First day, master toilet handle wouldnā€™t flush. I called and got someone to come soon. Two day later it just broke off, they came within an hour which was great. So, communication with pricket properties in getting maintenance was very accommodating. A few things I am noting. On pictures it showed a lounge chair on patio and there was not. There was a bad musty smell in hall bathroom. Master bath under the faucet area had a bunch of mold and mold in washer up all around the top. Kitchen utensil drawer handle was broke and which over multiples uses from all the guests over time Iā€™m sure scraped the paint off, just a simple fix with new handle or fixing handle and touch up the paint. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Bama Break Away

Loved the location of this property. Having the parking garage attached to the condo made it very easy access. The view was absolutely the best. Overall we had a good experience. On the down side, the unit was nice, but not as clean as we would have liked. The grout on the tile floor is black in the middle, but beige on the edges. On the beach its tough to keep the floors clean, but the first day we arrived the floors felt sandy and dirty. The walls and trim are stained or dinged up pretty bad, so a fresh coat of paint would help a bunch. The clock radio did not work in one of the bedrooms, but not a big deal we are on vacation time. The remote for the TV didn't have a back it just had tape holding it together. The pots and pans looked like they were leftovers from a garage sale and did not sit level on the stovetop surface. The coffee maker was nice. Had we known there was a Keurig unit, we would have brought pods. Washer and drying in the unit was a great help. The beds were ok, comfortable and clean. The living room furniture was tired and not comfortable seating. We didn't use the hideaway bed, but did see the sheets looked ok. Overall we would probably stay in the same building, but would be interested in a different unit. This unit seems to be one that is only for rental and it showed the wear. For the price we expected it to be fresher and cleaner.

We stayed at this property for our family vacation. There were 6 of us. We had plenty of room for all of us. The condo was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property to everyone. Will stay here again.

Almost perfect!

Condo is roomy and stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning. From the walls, doors to floors. There was a long hair in the bath tub. The living room furniture could use s good cleaning also. Other than that.... it was perfect. It was nice to have the door patio door open and hear the ocean while reading my book.

The condo was clean and had a great view but you can hear EVERYTHING! From people screaming outside at 6:30 a.m. to someone going use the restroom in the middle of the night. I always book a place with indoor pool incase of weather. They do not let you use the indoor pool if weather is with a certain amount of miles. You cannot setup canopies in front of the 3rd-party rental chairs on beach. I felt we were under such strict rules. We had a blast but don't think Phoenix X will be rented by us again.

Short Stay But a Good One

Wonderful location. Pool area is excellent beach is exceptional. Nice and close to lots of things to do. Great restaurants and bars near by. Condo had everything we needed. Only thing which wasnā€™t a big deal is the toilet in master bath was a little wiggly, it will report that to property owners. All and all very satisfied
