Tucked away just 125 steps or a one-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach of Cape San Blas, Sea Casa offers a peaceful and relaxing setting, making it one of the most delightful smaller homes you will find on the Cape.

This single-level layout features an open concept designed with a living room, dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space and a large island area for preparing meals and entertaining. The dining room comfortably seats six, and there is additional seating for four at the bar. The living room boasts comfortable seating for six including a couch, love seat and large chair. Step out to the screened porch to savor the Gulf view or move to the open deck for sunbathing. You can also visit the chef while hard at work with the gas grill.

This Gulf view home has everything you need for a most memorable vacation. This home sleeps a maximum of five people. The “Sea Casa” has Gulf views from the porch and is just a minute walk to the beach! The master has a king size bed, large closet, TV, and windows facing the Gulf. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, large closet, and a TV. The living room/dining room area has plenty of comfortable chairs and there is seating for six at the dining room table and four at the bar area. There is a 42" Smart TV in the living room and the couch is also a queen sleeper sofa for one additional person. The Jack and Jill bathroom has two sinks and two toilets with a tub/shower combination between, closed off for privacy. As an added convenience there is another full bathroom ground level that can be used. This is connected to the large laundry room with the extra set of washer/dryer. The home has a screened porch with table and chairs, a sun deck also with chairs and a gas grill.

It is not unusual to see dolphins swimming by close to shore. The home faces the West, so the sunsets are fantastic. If you need to vacation away from the crowds and back to nature, this is the place for you. It is the best place to walk for miles along the sandy-white beach, highly rated by Dr. Beach, on the Forgotten Coast of Florida. Enjoy the paved bike trail that spans the length of the Cape up to the State Park. You can also enjoy horseback riding on the beach! Cape San Blas has natural beauty in abundance, second to none! The Sea Casa is walking distance to the Trading Post which has just about everything you would need for your vacation. You are about 5 miles from the St Joseph Peninsula Park to enjoy exploring and snorkeling on the Bay.
