Welcome to Baby Blue – A Gulfside Beach Home on Cape San Blas

Please note: This property rents Saturday–Saturday during peak season and holidays.

Enjoy a classic beach vacation at Baby Blue, a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. This first-tier, Gulf-facing property offers direct beach access—only 70 steps from the front door—making it easy to spend your days on the sand and in the water. The home is situated entirely on one level once upstairs, creating a comfortable and convenient layout for guests.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, updated interior with an open-concept living space designed for relaxing and spending time together. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase beautiful Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick snacks to full meals, and the dining area flows easily into the living space for casual gatherings.

One of the highlights of the home is the large screened-in porch that runs the length of the house. It’s an ideal place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or take in the sights and sounds of the shoreline. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading back inside.

Baby Blue is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join you, and it’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Trading Post for snacks, essentials, and local finds. With its prime location and updated amenities, this home is a great choice for a Cape San Blas beach stay.

Amazing Location

The views from Baby Blue were incredible. It was like being oceanfront without the oceanfront price. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We enjoyed this property so much! The home was so cozy, and super close to the beach! We were able to walk to the Trading Post for ice cream, so that's convenient, too! Communication was the best!!!

Great stay at baby blue!

We enjoyed our stay at baby blue very much. The property was clean, organized, and comfortable for my family of four. Communication with the property managers was great. Steps from the beach and everything you need is close by. Beautiful property, we’ll be back!

We loved this house! Just a short walk to the beach and a great view from the screened-in porch. The house was very nice and clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot!

We loved this house. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The very short walk to the beach was perfect. The screened porched was awesome and great for 2 little kids to run around and play. Would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Baby Blue was great!

Had an awesome stay at Baby Blue! Decorated very cute, everything was clean upon arrival. Loved having the additional fridge downstairs. Best stocked kitchen!

Easy to book. Good communication! Close to the beach! Just as cute and comfortable as advertised. The extras in the beach closet were a bonus.

Great House

This house is good for 2 couples and maybe 3 kids. Well equipped kitchen and beach toys, bikes. Very easy beach access. Aside from a plumbing issue, it was a great week.

Everything was good, bathrooms were much smaller than they looked on line and the house in front of you is in bad condition with blue tarp which is your main view.

Hi Rebecca. To be honest, the house to the right, beachside, as you look directly at the Gulf really doesn't block your view at all and although it is maybe unsightly, they were beaten up by the hurricane a few years ago and may still be battling with insurance. So, we like to think the main view isn't a blue tarp on a window but the beautiful glistening gulf which you can look directly at and listen to while sitting on the huge screened in porch in Baby Blue. Otherwise glad to hear you guys enjoyed your vacation in our little piece of paradise! Thanks, and have an easy day! Ros & Carolyn

Everything we needed!

Baby Blue has everything needed to spend a comfortable, relaxing & fun week at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked, the master bed was very comfortable not to mention the view from the large screen porch. The walk to the beach was very short and the laundry room was filled with beach chairs, cart, tubes, umbrellas, paddle board and even an extra refrigerator! You will not regret staying in the beautiful home - we will be back soon!

Great times!

Very nice property! The screened porch was a blessing especially since TS Claudette decided to drench the Cape for 3.5 days of our stay!! The view is very nice for a 2nd row home. Just not as wide as it seems in the pictures! The beach is gorgeous but more narrow due to erosion. Our family had a great vacation at Baby Blue!!

Great Location

This house was perfect for 2 couples, 2 dogs and one baby. It has ocean views and is the shortest walk to the beach. It is also walkable to the grocery store and donut shop. They provide beach chairs and a wagon as well. There are also 2 fridges which is nice for extra food and beverages. The beds were comfy and the living room seating was perfect for relaxing at night. We also loved sitting on the screened in porch. Management was easy to get in touch with and assist with any questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed this property. Everything was as listed. We enjoyed the open floorplan, including the big screen porch. The wifi internet was fast. It was a short walk to the beach. It was our first time on Cape Sans Blas, and we were surprised at the lack of restaurants, etc. However, this location was very close to a taco place, a small grocery store, and the St. Joe Shrimp Company, which had incredibly fresh seafood.

Hi Allen, Definitely! Baby Blues screened in porch is an amazing place to relax and just take a minute to listen to the sound of the waves or enjoy some fresh off the boat seafood for sure! We really do have the old Florida vibe around here with just a handful of restaurants/stores etc., but as the nearby Tradin' Post (grocery store) says - if they don't have it, you don't need it :), so we kinda find it refreshing for the soul. Short Fall Break Getaway

The layout of the home and the three wall to wall sliding doors to the balcony were beautiful. The master bath was smaller than they appeared in the photos but not a big deal at all. Very short walk to the beach. The paddle board, chairs, wagon, boogie boards, etc in the laundry area were an added benefit. I left a note about one issue (that wasn’t big to us but could be to others). Aside from that, my only issue was there should be a window covering of some sort on the kitchen window because at night, the houses that face that window could see directly into the home. Would definitely book this property again. Great location, pet friendly, great for kids or adults only, decently priced compared to most others, wonderful experience!

Beautiful home

We so enjoyed our stay at Baby Blue and are absolutely looking forward to staying again!!! This home is exactly what we were looking for! My parents came with us on the trip and it was so nice for us both to have our own suites at each end of the home! The homeowners have also provided everything needed to make your stay comfortable! My favorite part was the spacious back porch with the gorgeous view of the ocean, I didn’t want to leave!!! Book this property, I promise you will love it!!!

July CSB vacation - 11 people

The renovations were great and so was the space. Loved the screened in porch. Also appreciated that there was enough seating and eating space for as many people as beds. Didn’t feel crowded in living areas. Downsides: kitchen wasn’t well stocked, especially for an area with limited restaurants which meant cooking was necessary. There are no scissors in kitchen and no baking sheets. Also no knives for chopping and prepping food. There were a few steak knives but they were horrible. So I would recommend the property managers evaluate cooking supplies a bit more. There are a lot of dishes and silverware which is a plus. The second bathroom is also quite small, especially when considering 8 people are sharing it. The extra fridge in utility room is a big plus though. Overall, it was a fair price for the property and I would rent it again.
