Beautiful property and great location

Property was very clean and had plenty of room for 10 people. We had not stayed in Perdido Key before this trip, but we really loved it and plan to return next year. The beaches werenā€™t crowded and we didnā€™t have to go through rows and rows of beach chairs to get to the water (which was always a pain in other locations). Just minutes from Orange Beach and some of our favorite restaurants.

2021 Family Vacation

Beautiful property, large, well furnished. Perfect family vacation spot. Parking was a problem as three couples met from different states...only one parking space! Recommended off site parking was way too far and inconvenient. Property still undergoing repairs from hurricane which was not a problem except that contractors parked in the few extra visitor parking spaces. Used nearby public beach parking.

The check in.....

Beautiful property! The problem started at check-in. The codes and instruction went to my junk file, so it took awhile to find this out, and be in touch with management... It all worked out. The 2 bedrooms on the laundry room side of condo were very warm even with ceiling fans. If we could or would of left the doors open it probably would of been ok, but that wasnā€™t an option with 3 families. Fans in the closets to use as needed would of worked. The living room and kitchen were gorgeous as well as the master bedroom.

We had an amazing week in Perdido Key FL. Our Condo was everything we needed. The weather wasnā€™t the best but the kids loved having the indoor pool option which they used often. I loved relaxing on the covered patio watching the waves crash on the shore. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for 2 families (10 people)

The condo and our views were spectacular, although only a few inconveniences.

The master bathroom toilet and floor around was not cleaned very well. We all would have liked if there were cleaning products. There was a leak under the sink in the bedroom with no windows able to be opened, which finally answered my brother and sister-in-laws question of why there was a musty smell in that room. Also, at times the oven shut off before it went up to the temp we set. Perhaps we weren't using it properly, but there were no instructions . Also, the elevator wasn't working for one of the mornings and wasn't fixed till afternoon. Because of my elderly father we couldn't use the 6 flights of stairs. In addition, it would have been nice to have a handle rail in the bathroom for him. Overall, however; we enjoyed our stay very much and when I called about some of these concerns, the office personnel was very cordial and of course the condo and the views made up for many of the inconveniences. Fantastic home , best rental experience ever.

This is the best unit we have ever rented on the gulf coast. The Luxury Coastal group did a fantastic job having everything handled prior to our arrival so all we had to do was relax and enjoy. This property is exactly as described in every way , everything we needed was on hand. The only thing we did not enjoy was checking out and having to go back to reality, we wanted to stay forever. We highly recommend this unit for total privacy and relaxation . šŸ˜Ž

Fantastic time, beautiful property!!!!

We booked this property at the very last minute and honestly had one of the best vacations of our lives. Location is superb as it is remote enough to be relaxing on the beach while also being a short drive to Publix and a number of amazing restaurants (Anchor Bar and Grill is a hidden gem). The property management employees were first-rate and so kind when responding to anything we might have needed. The unit itself is stunning while also maintaining warmth and coziness. Plenty of room for 8-10 people. Property includes pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and quick access to a secluded beach. Can't wait to book this unit again next year when we come back!

Perfect for our family ... ages 1 to 90!

Four generations including a soon to be 90 year old Great Nana and her sweet 23 month old Great Grand-daughter traveled to Perdido Key to enjoy a week together at the beach! We had not been to this area before. This particular condo was chosen because of the floor to ceiling windows and four nice bedrooms, each with a private bath attached assuring that each adult was comfortable and that the older folks could see all the action on the beach even if they chose to stay inside. We were all delighted! There were no surprises since VRBO shared such wonderful photos and accurate descriptions of this incredible beachfront property. We prepared gourmet meals cooked in the well stocked kitchen, visited some great bay-side restaurants, watched dolphins jump behind the tourist boats, saw rays and a small shark as we played in the ocean waves, caught a bucket of blue crabs (with a child's pink net) for dinner, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets and night lights from the back balcony. The condo was perfect and the views were stunning! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property! We'll be back!

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. The beach and pool were never crowded and we loved all the amenities it offered. The elevator had some technical issues while we were there, but was fixed that same day. The condo was cleaned, but not perfect by any means. The showers were not cleaned well and the floors were pretty filthy in the bedrooms. Otherwise we do not have any complaints. Check in was easy and overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

An amazing condo!

This condo was beautiful! Everything was so well thought out and everything you needed was right there. The location and views were fantastic. You had a panoramic ocean view from the main deck and a view of the bay from the back deck.. This condo easily accommodates at least four couples.

Perfect!

This condo was everything it was advertised to be and more. The pictures were impressive, but they didn't do it justice. Loved the fact that there's only 15 units in the building. We had the pool to ourselves several times and beach was never crowded. There was limited parking, but with the on-street parking, it was never a problem. The location was good--- far enough away from the crowds & traffic, but easy to get wherever you want to go quickly. We've rented many nice condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but this is our favorite!

Wonderful Unit Panoramic View

We so enjoyed unit #601. Very peaceful and quiet and easy access on and off the elevator. This unit has lots of room to relax and the dining table accompanied the adults while the kids sat at the bar. We especially liked the convenience of the trash chute being on the back balcony. The unit was so beautiful, who would have thought we needed two dishwashers, the kids ate all the time!!! My husband is handicapped and the parking is at the front door. This was the "best unit ever." This is the perfect beach area for peace and quiet and relaxation. See ya next year!

Capri 601 on Perdido Key

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd long term rental we have done in Capri 601 (last year we stayed for 4 months). We will be here for 3 months January to March 2013 and also in October in the fall. We have stayed on Perdido Key once or twice a year for over 30 years in various condo properties up and down the Key. As I have mentioned before, without question, Capri 601 was the finest property we have ever stayed at. The condo is unbelievably beautiful, and it looks exactly as the pictures show. The views from the living room to the white gulf sands and beach below through the floor to ceiling glass are incredible. It is unusual in that there are no balcony bars outside the floor to ceiling glass (the balcony is more to the side), so your views to the beach sands and Gulf are unspoiled. The unit was sparkling clean as always and the management company was extremely easy to deal with for special requests. A few light bulbs burned out during our stay and they offered to come and replace them right away. When I mentioned that I needed to go to the hardware store anyway, they told me to just use their account and charge the bulbs so I did not need to pay anything. The beach was very quiet - not too many people even when the temperatures went back to the 60's or 70's. The pools (indoor and out) were also very clean, although we only swam in the indoor pool this visit. Parking was easy in covered stalls right in front of the condo. There is a fairly new Publix grocery store at the end of the Key before the bridge as well as some fast food nearby. A favorite restaurant a couple of miles away is Shrimp Basket. To eat at the major sit down restaurants, you need to drive east into Pensacola or west into Gulf Shores . We again very much enjoyed the Naval Air Museum on the Navy base about 15 minutes away. This condo unit is generally on the high end of the price range, but the views and spaciousness make it worthwhile. We will be back.

This Condo will NOT disappoint you

Every year my family from Oklahoma come to spend a week here in Florida. We've tried several different properties but have never been totally satisfied with our stay.... that is until we found the Capri. This year we needed no less than 4 bedrooms, and really wanted an indoor heated pool - those amenities cannot be found at every property. My first thought when I viewed the pictures was - it's too good to be true. I've been deceived by the superior work of a good photographer before. When we opened the door and walked in - every person simply said WOW. The view is priceless. The amenities are first class. We could not find one single thing wrong with this unit. I highly recommend Capri 601 to you and your family for an enjoyable get away on Perdido Key.

Family vacation August 2012

My family, children and grandchildren just finished a wonderful vacation in this unit. It was everything and more that a family could need for a restful week. This unit offered an abundance of space for everyone to be comfortable. The linens, kitchen equipment, furnishings were plentiful. The grandkids loved the variety of swimming in the gulf, outdoor pool, hot tub, and indoor pool. The views from the condo as well as the views on the balcony were breathtaking! I felt like I was on a cruise ship! The only negative was lack of parking for our party of three cars. The Capri has only one assigned spot per condo and a total of seven extra spots. These large condo units would certainly attract a multicar party for rentals. Even though it was not a busy week that we rented, the parking was sometimes inadequate. This negative is enough that I would hesitate to rent this unit again.

Capri 601 condo on Perdido Key

We have stayed on Perdido Key once or twice a year for over 30 years in various condo properties up and down the Key. Without question, Capri 601 was the finest property we have ever stayed at. The condo is unbelievably beautiful, exactly as the pictures show. The views from the living room to the white gulf sands and beach below through the floor to ceiling glass are incredible. The unit was sparkling clean and the management company was extremely easy to deal with for special requests. The beach was quiet - not too many people and kept clean by the chair rental people. The pools (indoor and out) were also very clean. Parking was easy in covered stalls right in front of the condo. There is a fairly new Publix grocery store at the end of the Key before the bridge as well as some fast food nearby. A favorite restaurant a couple of miles away is Shrimp Basket. To eat at the major sit down restaurants, you need to drive into Pensacola. We also very much enjoyed the Naval Air Museum on the Navy base about 15 minutes away. The unit is generally on the high end of the price range, but the views and spaciousness make it worthwhile. We rented it for 4 months during the past winter and we have already signed up for next year.

The only thing missing is the concierge service.

We have stayed at several different condos along the coast and this place is top shelf. The building is brand new and this unit must have been decorated by a professional. The details were spectacular. I love how the dĆ©cor was luxury but also durable and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I take cooking lessons for fun and there wasnā€™t anything missing when I cooked up our gourmet birthday meal. This place is just the perfect beach pad. I wasnā€™t afraid to relax. Whatā€™s even nicer is how there arenā€™t enormous buildings with a thousand units right next door. Because the buildings nearby were medium sized the beach wasnā€™t crowded at all. The sand is soft, white and clean. The beach is easy to walk with a gentle slope. The waves were warm, gentle and ideal for our small children ( 4, 6, 8, 10 y/o) and senior citizens. There were 11 of us; 6 adults and 4 children. The dining table seated 8 adults easily. There were plates and silverware for 12 maybe more. The linens were well thought out with extra pillows and blankets. Travelling with senior citizens mobility was important. The only stairs that have to be negotiated are the 8 steps at the end of the boardwalk onto the beach. Everything else including the pool is accessible to a person in a walker / wheelchair. This place is fantastic! The only thing missing is the concierge service.
