House Rules - Penthouse
1. Respect: Guests are required to respect the neighbors, the laws and regulations of Dubai, and the furnishings within the apartment.
2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly allowed only on the balcony. Smoking inside the apartment will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
3. License: This property is fully licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) in Dubai.
4. Security Deposit: A charge of 500 AED will be deducted from the deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.
5. Cribs and High Chairs: Cribs and high chairs for children are available upon request and subject to availability. We recommend requesting them in advance.
6. Tourism Fee: At check-in, a Tourism Fee (government tax) must be paid in cash:
• Villa Penthouse: 40 AED per day per person .
7. Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee.
