There are 5 ensuite bedrooms + one double bedroom of 700 sqft, we opened the 2 bedrooms in one big ) is the only one has bath outside. JBR BEACH WALK PROMENADE !!! AMAZING VIEW OF JUMERIRAH PALM, JUMEIRAH BEACH WALK, AND DUBAY EYE !!! BEST POSITION OF ALL DUBAI HOLIDAY HOMES In the best position, from the terrace 1 (private pool side) you can jump down in the beach! I did not suggest to do it .... take the elevator, PLAZA LEVEL, from our floor 33 in 20 seconds to PL, restaurants, bars, banks, marts , pharmacy, gym, pools, kinder play areas etc ... then ... instead of exit PL floor to ground, walk 20 steps and you are in the "beach walk !!!! U. A.E. YOU LOVE ME! thousands of restaurants, coffees, beach sports, shops, and thousand tourists will watch up to the best penthouse of UAE !!! Yours! believe me, when you will be there who will live in that paradise !!!
