The space
The house located at the end of a dead end. There's an easement / driveway to left of the red diagonal signs. Turn left into the shell driveway and enjoy your private courtyard. Fits two vehicles.

Reminder: Guest parking is immediately to the left, in the shell drive and can fit three cars. RVs and Campers are on request only.
Guest access
This property is a Duplex. You will have exclusive access to Unit A and the front patio (east side). A code will be sent to you a few days prior to you arrival which will unlock the front door.
Other things to note
There are additional appliances in the kitchen cupboards. The Airfryer on the top of the counter is great for most things!

There's some beach gear (2 chairs, umbrella, 3 beach towels, medium sized cooler) available for use in the closet to the right of the fridge. A first act acoustic guitar is hanging on the wall, feel free to jam out!

Early Check-in and late Checkout maybe be available on a case by case basis, if the guests request in advance if booking!
