Cute 3 BR, 1.5 Ba home. Full kitchen,1.5 mi to ND stadium!

We are a Notre Dame family and use this property often, and now we'd love for you to come enjoy our home away from home! This 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath home has everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave plus a washer and dryer. And, of course, we have a coffemaker and Kuerig machine for your mornings. In the afternoon and evenings, relax in one of two separate sitting areas: a Notre Dame- themed family room with a 50inch TV as well as a more spacious front sitting area warmed by natural lighting. There is also a dedicated dining room. You can easily sleep six people in the three modest-sized bedrooms. Each bedroom hosts a queen bed and plenty of extra blankets for the colder months. The property has a spacious front and side yard and also sits across from a community playground so there is ample green space to throw around a football. The house has a driveway and plenty of street parking as well. If you are coming into town for a football game, it is a walkable 1.5 miles to the stadium on a well-lit route. (It is just under 2miles to the dome). We welcome any questions you might have and are available for a variety of events in and around Notre Dame, St. Mary's, Holy Cross, and the broader South Bend area, but please know we have a firm no smoking, no pets policy.
