Nestled just across the street from the beach, it not only provides a dedicated area for kids but also comes fully equipped with beach gear for your enjoyment. Immerse yourself in the perfect blend of comfort and coastal beauty at this stunning property!
Please note that this townhome is situated directly along Highway 101, which means that daytime noise from passing cars will be audible.

- Primary bedroom (upstairs, on it's own level): king bed, ensuite bathroom, ocean facing balcony, direct access to the back balcony, walk-in closet, ceiling fan
- Second bedroom (main level): king bed, desk and chair, ceiling fan
- Third bedroom (main level): queen bed, ceiling fan
- Fourth bedroom (basement): 2 full size beds, 1 twin bed
- Hallway bathroom (main level): walk-in shower

- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $50 fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pet(s) allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
-VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are outside the front door & outside the garage door
- There are a lot of stairs in the home. The stairs do not have safety gates.
-Beach Stairs Replacement and Side Walk Widening for the next 2 years but NOT take place during summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Update 3/12/26 -The construction is in-going across the street on Carlsbad blvd. The stairway to the beach is removed that's is across the street from the property as well as access to the upper sidewalk along the beach. Guests will have to walk south to cross at Tamarack Blvd to have beach access. The lower walkway is open and the beach is open.It does impact our view as there is a large storage container, orange barriers and equipment across the street.Monday – Friday, except city holidays 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
