La Casita Bonita features a comfortable double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and side cabinets, plus beautiful window views.
The lounge includes a double sofa bed, TV to play DVD's, dining table seating 4 people. A newly fitted air conditioning unit with hot/cold features.
Safe - extra fans if needed.
A fully equipped kitchen with 5-ring gas cooker - oven - dishwasher - microwave- tassimo coffee machine - juicer.

Power shower - shower gel - shampoo - bidet- toilet - towels are provided. Hairdryer & straightners.

The Outside Area:
you will find plenty of areas with sunloungers - chill- out pod and day bed
There are plenty of quiet, secluded areas perfect for reading.
Swimming pool - outside shower and sun terrace overlooking stunning mountain views.
It’s an ideal spot for al fresco dining with outside table and chairs - gas BBQ

We highly recommend this superb little oasis it has everything you need the sun shines on all parts of the grounds through the day as well as the shade, best of all the host is very lovely and helpful, it's quite near to the shops and coastal areas most thing are only about 30mins away,

Just go!

What a wonderful week and such a warm welcome from Heli who clearly knows the balance between being available if needed and allowing privacy to enjoy this super cabin and pool. We would recommend a car. It allowed us to make the short trips to the coast, the lakes and to visit nearby towns. The village of Monda is a 10 min drive and though tight parking, it is a place to visit for a coffee and snack - there are a few restaurants in the village. However, this little oasis was so restful that we felt disinclined to leave it and self-catered for the whole week, much to our surprise. We had no trouble negotiating the narrow steep road which led to the property and there are a few steps down to get to the log cabin (and therefore up). During our week’s stay, temperatures on some days exceeded 40C and so the cabin became very hot but the immediate surrounds, with plenty of shaded areas and a number of sunbeds in different spots allowed for outdoor living - and of course the pool was a godsend. There’s a comfy sofa on the veranda and an outdoor dining area next to the BBQ, great for late evening dining. The cabin had everything we needed to be self-sufficient after the odd visit to the supermarket in Coin. The fan and an aircon unit, were effective during the evening, and as nighttime temperatures dropped, sleeping wasn’t an issue (and what a comfy bed!). Away from the hustle and bustle of life, we will certainly be visiting here again. Thank you, Heli, and see you soon.

Wunderschöne Auszeit

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist eine sehr liebevoll gestaltete "Holzhütte" mit allem was man so braucht. Besonders der Außenbereich lädt zum enstspannen und relaxen ein. Der Pool und alles was dazu gehört ist unglaublich schön, für jeden gibt es ein Plätzchen zum wohlfühlen. Wir haben diese Zeit zum entspannen geplant und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Auch unserer Gastgeberin war jederzeit sehr bemüht, uns unseren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie ist eine sehr herzliche Person und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt bei. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen.

Un petit coin de paradis

La casa bonita est un vrai petit coin de paradis idéal pour passer des vacances entre amies au calme dans un cadre magnifique. La cabane climatisée offre tout le confort nécessaire, l'extérieur est parfait pour les moments de détente et les soirées sympas et la piscine est là pour se rafraîchir. Very peaceful and relaxing week

La Casita Bonita is well equipped and has everything you need. It's in a beautiful location with wonderful views and is so peaceful to make a relaxing stay, but not too far away from bars and restuarants in an authentic real Spanish village - the best of both worlds. It is ideally situated to explore the western part of Andalucia We thoroughly enjoyed our week spent here. As others have said, Heli is lovely and makes it a very stress free experience all round. We don't normally go back to somewhere we've been before - but we would here, without hesitation Thanks Heli :)

casita bonita est un petit havre de paix

Une petite location simple mais pleine de charme et très bien équipée. Il y a tout pour passer d 'agréables vacances et le petit plus la piscine privative. Au calme dans la nature. Mais aussi découverte de la région en faisant quelques petits kilomètres. Héli est une hôte vraiment très adorable et accueillante. Elle a pensé à tout, dehors comme dedans afin de rendre le séjour des plus confortable et reposant et de s 'y sentir chez soi ; sans oublier Bella pour des moments ronrons. :) Nous recommandons sans hésitation la casita bonita . Mille merci Héli et Bella :)

Magnifique séjour

Nous avions besoin de nous reposer et cela a était le cas car c est un logement tranquille .nous avons pu profiter de la piscine rien que pour nous et nos amis qui sommes venu nous voir deux jours Hellli la propriétaire est très gentille , disponible elle est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes tout en restant discrète . On sait senti vraiment comme chez nous d ailleurs si nous avions pu resté 1 mois de plus on l’aurait fait . Tout était parfait 😍❤️ Je vous conseille d aller visiter se logement vous en serez content car parfait pour se détendre , profitez de la nature et la route pour aller à la plage est facile d accès . Encore merci à Heli pour nous avoir accueilli dans un logement propre et confortable car le lit était confortable sa aussi c est important . N hésitez pas à venir dans se logement car tout était parfait . 👍❤️😍

Een klein paradijsje in de bergen

We hebben genoten van de prachtige plek, het gezellige huisje en de rust. De gastvrijheid van Helen is super, haar kook kunsten heerlijk! Voor mensen die rust zoeken maar ook de nabijheid van de drukte en gezelligheid is dit een aanrader. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar! Bedankt Helen.

Ideal spot for walkers

The 'cabin' was cosy and had all that we needed, including good cooking equipment for 'home cooked meals'. It is located in a beautifully peaceful spot on the hillside and yet is close to many attractions including the fantastic gorge walk of Canimito del Rey. There are also lovely local walks from the cabin, or near by. Heli was extremely friendly and helpful too. A car is extremely useful, given its location.

Un petit havre de paix

Cette location fut une des meilleures que nous ayons eu!! L emplacement est incroyable avec la vue sur les montagnes, la piscine privative est incroyable et la location est propre, bien aménagée, bien équipée! Nous avons passé une semaine de détente et nous avons pu nous ressourcer grâce à Heli qui est aux petits soins de ces hôtes. Elle répond à toutes les questions/besoins, elle est réactive et toujours de bonne humeur! C est une gérante idéale☺️ De plus, elle propose des massages qui sont de VRAIS massages qui permettent de se détendre . Un grand merci à elle pour avoir fait de nos vacances un moment inoubliable qui nous a permis de vraiment déconnecter!

Excellent sejour

Super sejour d une semaine avec nos 2 enfants. Heli est très discrète et tres disponible . Le chalet est sufgisement grand pour 4 et nous avions tout à notre disposition. L extérieur avec la piscine est superbe ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet et le recommanderons ! Thinks Heli !

a quiet and relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle

The property while close to the main house is really lovely...Heli and Garry make you really feel at home there. In saying that they are not in the least bit intrusive and will only engage with you if you need something .....and then they are extremely helpful....even a lift to the pub .....and back ...!!!!!! Heli is a real Gem and her skills in lots of areas are fantastic... we are an active couple in our late 50 s and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Great spot in the hills near Monda

Had a great week in the sun here. Superb place for relaxing with loads of outside space and pool to cool down in. The owners are great and strike the right balance between being there when you need them but respecting your privacy during your stay. The view from the BBQ spot would make you think you're in the middle of nowhere but in reality you're no more than ten minutes from Monda village. Having stayed in a few places within 30 mins drive of this one, this is probably the most quiet spot so ideal if that'e what you're aiming for. The place was also well kitted out with everything we needed to cook. Overall a great stay, highly recommended.

Gezellige, goed ingerichte cottage met mooie tuin, prachtig uitzicht en zeer gastvrije eigenaren

We werden s'avonds om 23.30 uur (3 uur vertraging) zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Heli (eigenaresse). De cottage was lekker warm, de tafel sfeervol gedekt en na een gekoeld drankje werd het vooraf bestelde eten op een gezellige manier opgediend. Een warme ontvangst. Dat was wat we nodig hadden na een vervelende vlucht en autorit in het donker en regen, terwijl we de weg niet konden vinden. Heli haalde ons in Monda op en loodste ons naar de cottage. We hebben 14 dagen enorm genoten van de gastvrijheid, prachtig bloeiende tuin, mooi uitzicht op dal en bergen en schitterende omgeving. Veel adviezen van de eigenaresse opgevolgd. Mooie, gezellige dorpen/steden bezocht en genoten van prachtige natuur. Je privacy was goed gewaarborgd. Contact met eigenaresse verliep via app. en dat verliep perfect. Het is zeer de moeite waard om ontbijt en/of diner te bestellen. Wij hebben smaakvol genoten van de 3 maaltijden en 1 ontbijt wat Heli verzorgde. Aanraders zijn zeker lasagna, paella en lam uit de oven. Overigens is een diner in het kasteel in Monda aan te bevelen (Nederlandse eigenaren). Bij het uitzoeken van activiteiten kun je altijd terugvallen op de eigenaren die kundig advies uitbrengen. Dit adres is een aanrader voor mensen die van rust houden, van hun privacy genieten en natuur en cultuur. Wij hadden het geluk om te kunnen genieten van de Semanta Santa week (van palm zondag t/m pasen). Mooie optocht op goede vrijdag in Monda. Heli en Garry bedankt. Vriendelijke groet, Took en Sjef
