Stay in Nashville

If you are going to Nashville, I highly recommend this place. It has three bedroom all With their own bathroom, comfortable beds and in a safe quiet neighborhood. It is a great value. We will 100% stay here again!

"Each room has its own bathroom" is the detail families tell us matters most, and it's exactly why the house is set up this way — nobody should spend a vacation morning waiting in a hallway. Lots of space is easy to advertise; space that actually works for a family is harder, so we're glad it did. This home was incredible. Immaculate and well stocked to enjoy time with our children. Plenty of space and a private restroom for everyone. Tile work is perfect. Very close to the airport and a 10 min drive or 15 Uber to Broadway. We come to Nashville every year and highly reccomend this place.

This was a great property to stay at. If fit our needs perfectly and was centrally located for the events we were attending. I do wish check in information wasn't so last minute. However, anytime I had a question, it was answered promptly.

Excellent place to stay with all attractions nearby. The place is so quiet and secluded from main highways. Kids loved the play sets provided . Overall a wonderful experience. One suggestion would be to have a bettwr couch in the main living room.

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, the beds comfy, plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. Close enough to downtown Nash. Lots of party people in the other units around us but we didn't hear them, just saw them. We'd stay here again for sure.

Overall, this was a good stay and a good value for the price. The house was clean, and the location worked well for our trip. We had six friends staying together, and the house accommodated us well overall.Our main complaint was the lack of seating in the den/living area. With six adults staying in the house, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for all of us to sit together and hang out, which was a little disappointing since that’s a big part of renting a house for a group trip. Adding another couch or a few comfortable chairs would make a big difference.With a little more seating in the main gathering space, this would be an even better option for groups visiting Nashville.

The property was excellent. Stocked with coffee which was nice. Good neighborhood and a lot of things close by. However, the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars, is that the property is not 5 minutes from Broadway. It is more like 18 to 25 minutes away defending on the traffic.
