Dinner on the screened porch while the General Jackson showboat paddles past below — that's this house. A Cumberland riverfront home in East Nashville with a fire pit in the terraced yard, a one-minute walk to Shelby Bottoms Greenway, and Riverside Village minutes away. Sleeps ten properly: three bedrooms with king beds, five beds total, two full baths. Full kitchen, keypad self check-in. Downtown is about fifteen minutes when you want it; the river is right there when you don't.

This beautiful riverfront home in East Nashville offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and space. With 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and ample sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, it’s ideal for families, groups, and special getaways. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and dining area that opens to serene river views. Step outside to a peaceful deck and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the water flow by.



The Neighborhood:

Located in peaceful East Nashville, this riverfront home offers a perfect balance of natural beauty and city convenience. You'll love the quiet, residential vibe — ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a short drive away, you’ll find local coffee shops, parks, boutiques, and some of Nashville’s favorite dining spots. Plus, you're only 15–20 minutes from Broadway, Music Row, and The Gulch, making it easy to dive into the city’s music and nightlife scene.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this East Nashville riverfront home. You’re just a 15–20 minute drive to downtown, Broadway, and major attractions. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available and convenient for exploring the city without the hassle of parking. There’s also free parking on-site if you're bringing your own vehicle. No more than 3 vehicles are allowed, no parking on the stree in front of the house. Whether you're heading to a honky-tonk or a hike, you're well connected to all Nashville has to offer.

This property was amazing. Everything was as advertised in the pictures. The location was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all the things we wanted to do. The screened in back porch was our favorite place to sit and enjoy the view of the river.

My daughter and I loved the house. It was so easy to relax in and very easy to get around from. We especially loved the screened in porch. We spent a lot of time out there. We never drove anywhere that took us more than 15-20 minutes to get to. Nashville is very easy to get around.

We had a sister trip. The accommodations worked great for our group. It was an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood across the river from General Jackson showboat. We got to listen to live music nearly everyday, which is what Nashville is all about. Very clean, everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

What a great place for our family. This house fit our needs so perfectly. It was everything the pictures showed on the website and more. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. We drank our morning coffee as we looked out over the Cumberland River. The host were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any of my questions. The area of town was wonderful, with a quiet neighborhood but some really good places to eat with in a few miles. Our event was at the Gaylord and the drive to and from was an easy one. My husband stated that he definitely would chose the house again.

This was one of the best weekends! House was everything and more! View of the river and of General Jackson was a huge plus! Host was more than gracious! Even with a little glitch in the beginning he was still gracious! I will stay here again for sure!!!! Beds clean and mattresses were great! Can’t say a bad thing about this place.
