Welcome home to our New N. Conway Escape. Our home is bright, sunny, sparkling clean with plenty of parking and a 2 block walk to downtown N. Conway Village. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, and cocktails are just minutes away. Mt. Cranmore is a stones throw from the house and you will love just relaxing with a cup of cocoa or skiing down the slopes of all the area mountains. There are plenty of excellent walking & MTB trails right around the corner and we know you will love it as much as we do!

Welcome to this charming three bedroom, two bathroom, bungalow located steps away from Cranmore Mountain and downtown North Conway Village. Enter into the large and bright living room with plenty of windows to let in natural light. 75” tv for family entertainment along with a subscription to YouTubeTV with all Sports stations and local stations plus 110+ other stations. YouTube TV is on all 3 TV’s and used Via Amazon remotes and Firesticks. Head through to the kitchen, with stainless appliances and a door leading to the back deck. Large new Farmhouse trestle table that seats 8. Perfect spot to have large family breakfast and dinner gatherings. Right off the kitchen is a second private living area, perfect for a kids hangout space or extra sleeping space. Has new XBOX Series S game console with all access Game Pass and 2 wireless controllers. Also on the main floor is a large full bathroom with shower and washer & dryer. Upstairs are three nicely sized bedrooms and full bathroom with tub. Outside is a lovely deck, ideal for sipping morning coffee, grilling and having cocktails! There is full access to the garage from inside or outside the house. The garage can be used for ski, bike, stroller or whatever extra things you have to store. Outback you will find a nice size flat yard for kids to play. family to hang out or have a fire in the new cast iron fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

You have access to the entire home and nothing is shared.

The home is located between Mt. Cranmore ski are and the Conway Scenic Railroad train station. It is in a residential neighborhood within 2 walking blocks to the downtown village or Mount Cranmore. You can walk to ZEB`s, Horse Feathers, Cranmore MT and many other restaurants, stores, and bars. Walking or biking distance to local spots for Mountain Biking and hiking (Cranmore trail head, Black Cap, Pudding Pond, Peaked, Middle, Hurricane Mountains and Whittaker Woods. Beautiful spot to walk anywhere, no driving needed.

Walking the area is amazing, but a car will get you to all the other mountains, more hiking, biking, Echo lake, Cathedral Ledge Diana`s Bath ect..

There are many bars and restaurants with in walking distance from the house. The crystal clear Saco River and First Bridge Recreation area is also within a 5 minute drive. We are a short drive to Storyland, Mt. Washington Auto Road or Cogway Railway and Great Glen trails at the base of Mt. Washington

Den / 2nd loving room has new Xbox Series S with all access Game Pass to play and use with 2 wireless controllers on 55” TV. Blu-Ray Player with lots of DVD’s along with YouTube TV with all sports stations.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25.
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- 3 cars Maximum in driveway please.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
- Absolutely NO pets ( we have a child with a severe allergy)

- NO Fireworks, they are illegal in North Conway.
