New Luxe 4BR/3BA Home in the Heart of the Valley!

Welcome to our brand new home (built 2022) located on the Kearsarge Brook and adjacent to Whitaker Woods. Our 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom home is perfectly set up for 1 or 2 families. There are 2 large living rooms, both with flatscreen TVs and Bose soundbars. When building this home we kept comfort and quality in mind during the entire process. Sit on the porch in the warmer months with the sound of the brook or by the fireplace in the winter. Come and make lifelong memories here in our home!

Our space is perfectly set up for parents on one level and kiddos on the other! The bunk room is right across from a large living room with a big-screen TV for enjoying TV or movies. The upstairs is a spacious open concept living room/kitchen for your enjoyment. The oversized deck can be accessed from the living room and is awesome for grilling or just relaxing with the sound of the brook!

You will have access to everything and nothing is shared.

We live right in town if you need anything at all!
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
