GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire basement unit. Access is through the garage door, then the door inside the garage. You'll have unlimited access to the living area, kitchen, dining area, all three bedrooms, and the bathroom. The supply closet is the only area off-limits.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
For all reservations, guests will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. A government-issued photo ID and a quick selfie will also be required to access the Happy Stays Portal.
