Enjoy a relaxing oceanfront stay at Indian Harbour Beach Club in this spacious 2BR/2BA condo (≈1,350 sq ft) located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. The unit sleeps 6 guests and offers direct ocean views with the beach just about 30 yards from the back entrance.

Inside, you’ll find:

Primary bedroom with king bed
Guest bedroom with two trundle beds
Bright living area with comfortable seating and ocean views
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster
In unit laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer
Smart TVs or Roku equipped TVs in each room with Spectrum and Xumo apps and complimentary movie channels

We were very pleased with our stay. The location in town was wonderful, the condo itself was clean and comfortable. Loved the accessibility to the pool and ocean. The screened in patio was nice.

Amazing vacation with family

Cindy’s beachfront condo is perfect for any family - equipped with anything needed for a long weekend or even month long stay. We had an amazing time and hope to be back!

Right on the beach

Property is very well kept. Beach is right there! Pool was great and views of the veach spectacular. Plenty of great restaurants with in minutes of the property.

beach access

A beautiful unit I've stayed in before. Was there for dragon boat camp and loved walking out onto the beach at the end of the day. Would highly recommend it.

Waiting for arrival of new granddaughter

Very accommodating

The property was larger than expected. The parking is under cover, the beach and pool are just steps away. Overall a great rental.

Best location we’ve had!

For a family of 6, we usually rent places that are a little on the small side. This property was much larger than we had anticipated, and the location can’t be beat! Steps from the pool AND the beach! We would love to stay here again! We also loved having in house laundry facilities!

Dual purpose trip

We really enjoyed this unit being on ground level so close to the pool, and beach. Had space for a visit from our local family too. Nice outside screen sitting area, but it can get loud during heavy pool use. Large common area/dinning and kitchen. Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious.

Short walk to beach

This condo is awesome! Our family of 5 spent 5 nights at this condo and it quickly become home away from home. Steps to the beach and even closer to the pool. Complex was quiet and just what the doctor ordered for fun and relaxation. Parking space for this unit was very close to the front door and is dedicated to the unit. We would stay here without question if/when we vacation on the Atlantic coast of Florida. If Disney is part of your travel plans, this condo is only about an 1 hr & 20 min drive away.

Great ocean front property

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities. The decorations and furniture are a little dated but we weren't taking professional photos of the condo! Lol! It didn't bother us at all. We did see a shark the last day we were there that got pretty close to our kiddos near the shore, but its FL, so not unexpected. We hope to return next year!

Lovely, uncrowded spot

We enjoyed the relaxing, laidback atmosphere of the whole condo complex. The property was clean and nicely stocked, and the location is wonderful. Can’t beat the view in the morning! Stores are close by for groceries, and it’s a quick trip to Cocoa Beach Pier. The only thing we wish was included was a beach umbrella and some boogie boards, and maybe a football or game for the beach. We flew To FL, so bringing those or purchasing them there didn’t make sense. Would’ve been great to have. Other than that, I’d recommend this in a heartbeat.

Great location!

Only steps from the ocean and the community pool! It was a perfect place to park it for a week with 3 younger kids. We had planned on taking a couple day trips back to Orlando but the kids had so much fun in the ocean we ended up skipping those and just staying put most of the week. The sand was much cleaner then I expected at the beach and the water was perfect. My only complaint however, would be that the sheets on the kids beds and in the ones in linen closet were not clean upon arrival. I spent most of the night washing bedding so the kids would have a place to sleep. Probably just an oversight, but it was kind of gross. Other than that everything was great and I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved this condo. We came with 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-14. The condo was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and we loved that it was a downstairs unit with a porch. The condo was close to restaurants, shops and some good ice cream spots. Also loved having a covered parking spot right outside our door. The access to the beach was perfect with a super short walk from the condo to the steps down to the beach. We even saw turtles come up and lay eggs on our night beach walks, which was so cool. The only negative has nothing to do with the condo, only the beach as having kids who love to play in the water we had no idea about the huge rocks. Huge coquina rocks saturate the water and make it hard to enjoy playing in the waves. Other than that I would 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay at Indian Harbour Beach Resort. Everything was really clean. We LOVED the location. This was perfect access to the beach and to the pool. The view outside our door was also stunning. The full moon over the ocean and the sunrises were also beautiful. We had one small issue with our tv, but when we called for help, we were helped right away. It was a great place for our family vacation.
